📝You get to meet and share the apartment with other occupants/fellow travelers or, even the friendly yet quiet stay-in host and be able to interact with him/them. Host can act as a guide to Singapore good and budget food and/or visit places.

You would be able to watch sunrise daily from the balcony in the apartment and watch daily sunset and city lights from the relaxing Roof Sky Park.

You will have a nice view of the city skyline from the Living room and balcony too.

There are 5 swimming pools, jacuzzi, a gymnasium, Sky Park that you are able use.

James Cook University and Nexus International School are within walking distance from here. 3 major shopping malls are only 1 subway stop away while city centre is within 4 subway stops.

You will have a private room with ensuite toilet. The room is simply furnished with a bunk bed, a single bed and a pull out bed that can up to sleep 4 adults.

Hand Sanitisers are available at the Apartment's main entrance doorway and in the toilet.

You get to share the kitchen, living/dining, balcony with all others in the apartment. Great place to make friends and to exchange information, useful tips and meet other fellow travelers / tenants too.

As the apartment is on a Co-living basis, there will be others staying in separate rooms or approved designated areas.
