First of all, the incident is simple. My parents both keys suddenly failed to open the room door. He asked the front desk, and they said the room was not on their name, they asked verify my info including name, birthday and phone number, all correct but they did not give them the new key cards. Then why were they asking?
Secondly, the hotel staff knowing my phone number from my parents, they knew that we are all from Macau, the country code can simply be searched on the internet. They claim that they thought the number is from singapore local. Well, after my arrival, the duty manager told me that even for a country code they took time to search. Wow, I am so impressed that your staff’s internet speed too so much time in searching a country code. THEY ARE SO WELL TRAINED.
Thirdly, the staff’s attitude is really bad. I can say it is the worst that I have ever encountered. So arrogant. Even though they know the keys failure is on them, and also all the strange movement above, including telling lies in failed giving a call to me. The duty manager is just so arrogant. Giving an insincere apology, nearly cause my dad’s heart attack.
I doubt that your company’s attitude and culture, as well as if this is the hotel
