Staff are friendly and service is good. Drinks of the Minibar are all free, it is good! The only not good is not so clean and is little humidity in the room. And there are some ants on the desk too !!!

Rooms are very nice and accommodating with a very good service! However, we as Vegan don’t have many choices for breakfast and the sign is not clear to tell for vegetarians. Would recommend to it more efforts. Other than that are perfect!

The location is good. Staff are nice.
But only one tissue box provided and the air con was pre- set auto turn off in 1 hour. Guest not able to change the setting.

Nice hotel for family
Very nice and friendly hotel for family. Good location too. Easy access to MRT station.
Bad: Facilities old. The room a bit smelly, the humidity in the room is high even when the air con is on, I think that’s why the bed sheets feel like a bit wet, which makes u feel uncomfortable.
Good: location. Very close to orchard shopping areas.

Nice location and service,spacious room
nice location,comfortable lobby,comfortable room and bed.spacious. Restroom and room is a bit outdated ! Nespresso coffee machine is really thoughtful! Breakfast really good !
