The hotel is a little old with some of the details having aged. But overall very family friendly and is located in a quiet neighborhood, but yet walking distance to Orchard Road, like an oasis.

kids friendly hotel
we have great times during our stay in the hotel. kids friendly hotel. great breakfast. Only one unhappy incident when i was purchasing special discount breakfast voucher. The handling front desk staff's attitude made me feel unpleasant (as if i am begging for or taking advantage of the hotel's benefit).

今次入住和平時不一樣，可能因為假期嘈吵了許多，多了旅行團。我入住16樓，有其他客人帶榴連在房間進食，一出電梯，味道很嘔心，不明白為什麼可以容許帶榴槤進食？早餐有搶食物的情況，以前從沒碰過這些問題。在香格里拉酒店要搶拿食物。我每年入住3-5次，客人都是很安靜享受早餐的，很少見到人大盤大盤拿完食物，又很浪費的剩余很多。

我們入住Family Deluxe Room，該層有洗衣機及乾衣機供住客使用，值得一讚。房間非常寬敞，有700呎空間，有微波爐、電磁爐和餐桌。房間每天有2個職員打掃衛生，整潔度接近滿分。酒店早餐選擇中規中矩，但每天都會更換款式，食物也精緻，Horizon Club員工笑容可掬，親切有禮。 最吸引的地方，是座落在一樓過千呎的Buds兒童室內遊樂場，小孩樂而忘返，盡情放電。

令人感到溫暖放鬆的休閒時光
飯店人員直帶我到房間內快速check in,省下很多時間。環境很清靜舒服，有健身房游泳池，使用者付費的 chi spa. 早餐更是超級豐盛，結合許多國家的美食文化同時滿足很多不同國家旅客的需求。早餐用餐時間平日至10:30，假日更可以延長至11:00。如果一家人三代同堂（老的小的）一起入住，根本就不會想要出門了。

服务不太满意，客房服务响应速度有点慢，还有就是需要提醒的是亲子玩水区域和亲子室内游玩区域都需要额外收费，可能更适合商务人士。 位置离地铁站有点远，周围没有便利店和早餐店，酒店有小巴士到地铁站和一个商场，但是早上最早一班车是10点，每小时一班，如果早出门的会不方便。

房間非常大，露台很大，隔音非常好，所有員工服務態度非常有禮貌和親切，會很主動提出幫忙，非常專業，酒店環境光鮮亮麗，給人很舒服和家的感覺，唯一美中不足是酒店距離烏節MRT站較遠，必須乘坐巴士190號再行10分鐘路程 / 乘坐酒店提供的Shuttle Bus (1小時只有一班) / 乘坐計程車 (價錢比較貴) 才能到達 / 離開酒店，但其他方面都是一流！

讓人期待會想在入住的飯店
哇~~很期待入住!果然沒有失望耶!從計程車下車開始的服務、登記入住、行政酒廊、客房清潔、早餐等等服務都很棒。小朋友會有迎賓小禮物〈小松鼠布偶一隻，哈哈〉大人是喝果汁邊登記入住，行政酒廊24小時都有 ，不怕餓肚子，早餐樣式非常多樣化，琳瑯滿目。入住飯店前有寫mail詢問嬰兒澡盆及家人生日協助慶生等事項，飯店很快就給於回覆!入住後贈送一個蛋糕讓我們幫家人慶生〈蛋糕很好吃喔!到現在都會回味，哈哈〉飯店雖然在烏節路上，部過是在尾端了，離熱鬧的區域還有一段距離可搭稱計程車快又便宜，千萬別想說要搭地鐵因為也有一段距離喔!

車子一到飯店門口，行李就有人服務，完全不用自己動手，有小朋友同行覺得很方便。登記入住時每人一杯冰涼果汁，小朋友每人一直小松鼠布偶，入住時家人生日，飯店也贈送一個蛋糕，整體覺得很窩心！早餐樣式非常多樣化，在飯店內中文都可以溝通極為方便

我们选择香格里拉是全家自由行亲子游，办理入住的时候酒店工作人员很热情，服务很周到，送了花串给女士，送了一个小松鼠玩具给孩子（5岁），由于订的是豪华套房，房间还放了欢迎的水果盘和一小盒精致的巧克力。有为孩子单独准备了一套小浴袍，小拖鞋和刷牙、沐浴用品，而且品质很好，令孩子一下就喜欢上了这家酒店。成人的沐浴用品和身体乳都是欧诗丹的牌子，品质很好，味道也很好闻。房间很干净，茶杯和调羹（用于调咖啡和茶的）都非常干净，值得点赞！在酒店住了五天，工作人员和服务人员的态度都很好，服务也很棒，没有一点瑕疵，真心不容易！虽然我们入住的当晚，洗手间的顶漏水，第二天，酒店就给换房了，还送上了巧克力和红酒表示歉意。我们觉得香格里拉的服务和干净程度真得很棒！酒店内有多家餐厅，口味不错。我体验了一次酒店的Spa，感觉也是很好，很多细节都做得很到位，值得推荐！这家酒店很亲子，不仅有孩子的室内和室外玩的地方，还在很多细节上非常亲子。比如，早餐孩子在六岁以下是全免费的。早餐的自助餐很丰富，会有专人为孩子免费打气球。豪华套房的客人还有专门早餐的贵宾待遇，里面更是有孩子的玩具和卡通片的播放供孩子观赏和玩，有时还有专门给孩子制作的各种可爱的小点心，供孩子们自行取用。我们的孩子很喜欢这家酒店！

The room condition is very good, most of the facilities are quiet new, hotel even provide non slip mat for shower. only thing is the speed of shower is quiet weak and the hot water supply is not steady enough. We had Xmas eve dinner at The Waterfall, food quality is good and the portion is big in terms of price. The air conditioning is a bit too cold that makes not too welcoming Since it’s a family trip we travel with kid, we visited the Bud’s outdoor play area, in very good condition and cleaness. If you want a private relax trip with families, you may consider Shangri la, hotel provide quiet a lot kids friendly arrangements ***i don’t see much PRC staying at this hotel, give compliment haha
