Location
The location is not good as it is quite far away from the MRT station.
Check-in & Check-out
A technical problem encountered during check-in. The staff claimed they had contacted the I.T. staff. Waited for >30 minutes after the official check-in time to get a room.
Spent long time in queue for check-out. Staff are inefficient.
Rooms
The room is dusty and needs renovation. The shower and the toilet and the basin are separated. The flush button in one of my rooms was broken. No one in the hotel was trying to do something after we told them about the broken button. The phone in one of my rooms was not working, unable to make phone call.
Services
Tried to call front desk with the phone in my other room, waited for almost 2 mins, still no one answered.
Facilities
The room cards were always not working. Everytime you're in the elevator, you need a large amount of luck to have your cards recognised so that you could press your floor button. Cannot access my rooms even before the check-out time on the last day.
The only good thing is the swimming pool.
