複式酒店很驚喜,但是不知為什麼房間裡有蟲和蚊,還好是check out那天才有所以影響不大,酒店其實和克拉碼頭並不近,反而在Fort Canning更近

窗口戶外景色很好,很難得有樓底高的酒店房間,廁所和浴室分開兩間房,方便使用。服務質素和地下餐廳的食物都很好,離開新加坡時因下雨關係,留在酒店食早餐和玩小遊戲也不錯,酒店位置近地下鐵,沿途有新加坡河,歐美人仕聚居,近碼頭和超市,不論早上或晚上出外,景色都很美,去任何景點都方便。

這間飯店的優點是:飯店大廳的檸檬水很好喝、服務人員都很親切樂於幫忙、飯店提供的牙刷很好刷。 但是房間裡一直會出現一些在飛的小蟲子,浴室天花板更是很多,實在令人有點不舒服。

Location The location is not good as it is quite far away from the MRT station. Check-in & Check-out A technical problem encountered during check-in. The staff claimed they had contacted the I.T. staff. Waited for >30 minutes after the official check-in time to get a room. Spent long time in queue for check-out. Staff are inefficient. Rooms The room is dusty and needs renovation. The shower and the toilet and the basin are separated. The flush button in one of my rooms was broken. No one in the hotel was trying to do something after we told them about the broken button. The phone in one of my rooms was not working, unable to make phone call. Services Tried to call front desk with the phone in my other room, waited for almost 2 mins, still no one answered. Facilities The room cards were always not working. Everytime you're in the elevator, you need a large amount of luck to have your cards recognised so that you could press your floor button. Cannot access my rooms even before the check-out time on the last day. The only good thing is the swimming pool.

在燈光一能見塵埃在空中漂浮。櫃面、桌面及樓梯有能見到依附塵埃。 床褥凹陷不平,其中更一節凹陷,整個人躺下有一半身陷了入內。 坐厠間隔太細,坐下膝蓋已貼牆。沐浴間如能增設掛鉤及置物位置會更為合適。

Could’ve been a better stay
The hotel staff were nice,helpful and friendly. The hotel was not very well cleaned as it was dusty. The rooms were tired but nothing fell off yet. The rooms were designed in a stupid way and it’s 2 storey meaning the bed is upstairs and the kind of living area is downstairs. If you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, you got to be very careful going down a stack of steep stairs. The housekeeping service is weird as they may have different number of towels for you on different days of your stay. When you requested for the towels they thought you were arguing with them and became defensive when you were telling them 2 adults need 2 sets of face and bath towels. The local area is nice and it’s convenient on Grab or taxi. Hotel cafe staff is nice and attentive. Price is relatively ok considering this is Singapore.

一進房間有霉味,去一F櫃台反應,説明天才有單號房間,剛好農歷七月,有無形東西,睡一覺更不舒服,隔天換到727房,衣架、壞了,打電話跟櫃台要,人越來越不舒服,過了一個小時也沒有送來,再打電話,接電話的小姐換班,不會講中文,下午4點多,人不舒服,只好去睡,我把9/30要再去住這家飯店,取消了,改住別家
