Friendly staff but that is all
Staff are friendly there however I would not consider it is so called a 5 star hotel in terms of small room size, no detailed touch of services and they could do far much better as always 2-3 staff in the reception and only deal with 40 sth room. Moreover, I just cannot believe they give me back nothing for the Good Expedia status. All my room already included breakfast n such but I cannot see much guest everyday but they would say no any room can upgrade me to. Bit disappointed.

However, I can assure you that our team is well trained to ensure all benefits are accorded and informed to every guest. With regards to the room size, we are a luxury boutique hotel and we are unable to rectify this due to the design and space constraint. The rooms are cosy with a personal feel to it, which is welcomed by many of our guests. Unfortunately, it was not to your liking. We are always happy to upgrade our VIP guests due to their Expedia status, however this is strictly subject to availability. Our team would have accorded an upgrade had a higher category been available. It is disappointing to hear that you felt there was no detailed touch to the service. We pride ourselves on our high standard of service that we have consistently rendered. It is feedback such as yours that drives us to maintain and in instances like this, improve on our service. Thank you for mentioning the friendliness of our staff. We hope you will give us an opportunity to host you again in the future and perhaps this time, we could wow you. 一家值得入住的酒店 , 距MRT 步行也只需六分鐘
這是家非常親切的酒店 , 現場與照片也是完全相符的充滿設計感~ 每天都會貼心的送來各種風格的水 (很難言語形容...挺好喝的) 浴室的乾溼分離還有進步空間 , 打開房間 看到外頭有個大陽台時真的很興奮 !!

Exceptional experience. Must try!
Hotel Vagabond is a brand new hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights with my husband. We booked the classic room and overlooking the main street. Room size is only fair, but this is one of my best hotel experience so far. Exceptional decoration, interesting room space/layout design, best guest serving attitude. It was impressive to find the hotel staff prepared a jar of cold water with mint leaves or cucumber slides in your room each evening, waiting for you to enjoy upon return to your room. The area the hotel located is off the busy area, but close enough to access subway, or walking to little India. 24 hours supermarket is 3 mins walk, and plenty of dinning options nearby. Anyone who like arts (any forms of arts), design, boutique hotel, or simply a nice vacation experience where you can enjoy both the sightseeing part and also a place you will sleep in, then they should try this place. This hotel is really new, so maybe everything is perfect at the beginning, I hope they will continue to be perfect next time when I visit again. p.s. the TV channel options are limited, but channel choices will never be the determining factors for you to stay in a hotel or not! Ha.

Wonderful stay & Romantic night
It definitely ranked the top 3 boutique hotels for me in Singapore. We super enjoyed the stay there. Great location. The interior was amazing and arty. We felt we traveled to France. And the breakfast was good. Lastly, I must comment on your staff - Liana. She arranged the quiet room which I fell asleep easily.

Lovely and cozy hotel with excellent service. Slightly far from both Lavender and Bencoolen stations, but worth choosing it. There are 2 supermarkets, 1 convenience store and many restaurants around the hotel. It is quite convenient to find something you need even if you arrived at the hotel in the late night. Regarding a room, it is like "chinoiserie" chic. Everything you need is arranged. Amenities and furniture are carefully selected. They are all beautiful and it is like entering in another world.

A lovely business-grade hotel, centrally located with friendly staff and a relaxing yet modern feel. Our check-in was easy. Staff were very helpful. The whiskey lounge area is funky and beautiful and worth visiting on its own. We booked two rooms. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. However, one room smelled of cleaning products and the other room had a persistent mechanical drone coming from the AC (which made it challenging to sleep). So it does fall short of perfection. The overall experience was positive because of their friendly and accommodating staff.

An exceptional and distinctive hotel
This is a beautiful and idiosyncratic hotel in a very convenient location in Singapore. We found the decor and style of the hotel to be very appealing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and provided very good service at all times. The room we stayed in, the Vagabond Suite, was spacious and comfortable with plenty of things in the room such as movie options and food and drink to keep us amused. The location is very convenient; only four or five minutes from an MRT stop and on the edge of Little India. We enjoyed wandering around the streets and soaking up the ambiance of a unique and historical area. My only quibble, and it is a small one, is that I would have liked to have had more food options available. The suite included free breakfast and access to a finger food buffet at times but we found the selection a little limited. We wanted to eat more! Overall, a very good hotel. I would be happy to stay here again and I would certainly recommend it to others who want something different from the corporate blandness of chain hotels.

シンガポール風京都の旅館www ブティックで、部屋数は少ないが、ダイニングは余裕の席数で、クッションまみれ。 朝ご飯はイングリッシュ、コンチ、エッグベネディクト、オムレツ、ロコ（カヤトースト）など、十数種からの選択で、オムレツとコンチに挑戦しましたがどっちも食べログ3.8位www アメニティ、お掃除もチリバツ。部屋は広くはない。ご近所は各国料理屋さんだらけで一カ月食べ歩ける感じ。ベイサンズに四回泊まりましたが、こっちの方が気楽です。
