The overall condition of the hotel is acceptable, specially the location and the convivence for MRT being so close. However, the bathroom is way too small (specially the shower area) which didn't even allow me to have shower properly with the very tiny space. The elevator during peak hours were horrible, sometimes even with hotel staffs occupying with the trolley and staffs were a bit less well train for their service quality. However, I must say that for the price they have charged, it is overall still acceptable.

We are couples to stay but no double bed available. In addition, the tower have some bad smells, however, overall the service were still acceptable.

地點很方便,地鐵站上蓋,附近飲食店鋪多。衛生不太好,房間地板很粘,布拖鞋走在房間地板上提腳會發出「捏捏」響,我洗頭掉在企缸的一大撮長髮兩天還在,要我向房間服務員提要求才清掉。看到白色床單和被套都有一兩小點血跡。前台服務態度還好。

Too small and too many
The room and toilet are too small. There many tourist groups in the hotel and always need to wait long time for lift. The hotel is not worth for the price, Hotels.com should reduce the rating of this hotel.

位置很不錯, 徒步就可以到達武吉士等地方, 而且地鐵站一出口就是酒店, 很方便! 只是酒店的電梯雖然有6台, 但卻非常緩慢, 等很久都不來一台, 都把行程的時間給延誤了.
