Great location in a small but quaint town. The beach is walking distance, from middle of the resort property to the edge of the water is around 10minutes. The path was pedestrian designated and there are proper crosswalks to go into the beach parking lot...I'd say you can probably walk a toddler and feel safe enough to do so. We rented a car and hopped around a bit to other beaches but found the 'home beach' to be the best. The stretch closest to the resort is sort of smack in the middle, so the peope that stayed in town likely won't walk down that far and it's really close to the beach restaurant/bar. The hotel's pool is great, big enough for everybody. I don't think they were at max capacity, so it wasn't hard to find a lounge chair/umbrella during the day. It was, very nice, with a lifeguard on duty too. We didn't do full board, and only had the breakfast plan, but that itself was very good. About 3 steps above a continental breakfast, different choices of yogurt, eggs/bacon, cold cut, cheese and different types of bread. Sure, they don't have am omlette station or anything like that but the dining room was very well staffed and the food is great. We stayed in a classic/standard double room, it was big enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The suite was right on the garden level, so we have a bit of ant situation going on there... All rooms seems to have outside space and there is a little rack there for you to hang your bathing suits/what nots.

Schönes, neues Hotel. Für italienischen Standard sehr hochwertig und modern. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr großzügig und schön angelegt. Auch der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß mit kleiner Terrasse. Dieses wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Weg zum Strand war mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz optimal. Ebenso war die Straße zum Ortskern mit einer guten Auswahl an Restaurants und lebendigem Abendprogramm (Markt) zwar nah, aber zu Fuß - aufgrund stark befahrenen Straßen ohne Gehwege- schwer zu bewältigen. Wir haben daher auch abends das Auto benutzt. Am schönen Strand (300m entfernt) gab es einen hoteleigenen Bereich mit Liegen, die ab der 3. Reihe gratis waren.

The hotel is very nice, overall clean, polite team, helpful employees, nice breakfast and was not very expensive despite the great location near the beach and having a pool was a big plus after many beach salty seawater visits! Minus: (1) Cold and not comfortable design, more practical design (2) Spider web at the terrace/window entrance inside the apartment (but wasn’t bad), (3) seating and sunshade at the pool can add additional costs

A hotel with lots of potential and some hard to stand downsides. This seems to be a fairly new (2 - 3 years old) hotel in a rural town in La Caletta south from Olbia. The town is small but has enough good restaurants and some shops. The beach is within 300m from the hotel and is very calm. I would say it's almost empty. A free set of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach are included in your stay. The rooms are ok, but a family room designated for 4 people is still a single space, so there is no privacy for parents. Breakfast is included in price and half-board option is available at the hotel. It costs 40€ per person per day or 35€ per person per day when choosing for the whole stay. Time for actual downsides: - Reception staff - they still have to learn a lot and could be more helpful (challenging check in and also request to pay 50€ for 2 hours late checkout when we spent about 4k € in the hotel) - Restaurant and staff - need improvement. Food selection is limited at breakfasts, and certain foods often are left without replenishment for quite some time. During dinners, one has to make a reservation and be smartly dressed as flip-flops for men and summer clothing is hard to stand for the staff. All in all - pretty ok but could be better for the price.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel. Unser super geräumiges 3-Bett Zimmer war zum Garten hin gelegen und mochten wir sehr. Süsse Terrasse mit genügend Aufhängmöglichkeiten für nasse Badesachen hatte es auch. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig in einem süssen Örtchen La Caletta gelegen. Sehr zum herunterfahren und relaxen zu empfehlen. Es hat einen grossen Swimming Pool, der vor allem unserer Tochter gefallen hat. Der Hotelstrand ist ca 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Freundliches Personal. Das Essen war gut (hatten Zimmer/Frühstück gebucht).

Tæt på fantastisk strand

Rumligt værelse, stort bassin og alt er nyt og fint vedligeholdt i ude områderne. Belligenhed i top med 5-10.min gang til en fantastisk sandet og stor strand. Slet ikke overdynget med badende gæster selv i august. 1,5 km til byen Calleca med masse spisesteder. Eneste minus er manglende Aircon i Gym. Kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Eine großartige Anlage! Das komplette Team fantastisch!!! Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit usw. verdient 5*. Der Gym, der Fussballplatz, der Paddel-Court alles vom feinsten. Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt und im nächsten Ort "La Caletta" findet man alles was man braucht. Super Restaurants und freundliche, sichere und entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Gedränge und Stress. Das Restaurant im S´Arena einfach klasse! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Struttura nuova, grande, moderna ma anche un poco "spartana" per essere a 4 stelle: abbiamo pernottato in una camera tripla superior con arredamento davvero essenziale e alcune mancanze; per esempio: in bagno non ci sono porta asciugamani ma solo due appendini e un mobiletto Ikea di cartone pressato, in camera una sola sedia e, nel suo patio esterno, una sola sedia con tavolino di plastica di quelli che si trovano al supermarket. Per contro: ottima e variegata la prima colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, apprezzabile la cena (abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione) con menù fisso ma almeno tre scelte per ogni portata (carne, pesce, vegetariano) e, infine ma non ultimo, una piscina davvero molto grande e bella.
