Great place!! everyone loved it

As a frequent vrbo guest over the years, I can report that this vacation spot is a 10. Great location, great setup with 6 bathrooms, every bedroom a suite, and the kitchen well stocked with any and all tools needed for cooking indoors and outdoors. The yard is well maintained, and every night we had a small bonfire in the outdoor fireplace. See pics of the place, as very accurate for view and space. I highly recommend the place

Fabulous property!!

We had 3 generations and the house was perfect! Having all the bedrooms on one floor with no stairs was critical for our family! Everything was meticulously clean, the amenities fantastic. We cooked a number of nights and the kitchen is a dream with 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and state of the art appliances. The hot tub was wonderful. We were So lucky with the weather and the lake was spectacular. Many memories made. Albert was great and very responsive to anything we needed. I highly recommend this property for a family gathering!

A dream house!

We absolutely loved our stay at West Lake Farm. The house was exceptional. Big living and kitchen space for the family to gather and the bedrooms were all so nice with very comfortable beds/ their own bathrooms! The property is gorgeous with breathtaking views. It was great for the kids to run around. The lake access is a bit of a walk or a very short drive, which made for fun lake days. Like other reviews mentioned, the walk/stairs down to the lake probably isn’t best for small children or elderly. Downtown was a simple 14 minute drive with cute shops/ restaurants. Albert was so professional and communicative and made our stay wonderful. We are already planning on visiting again next year!

Wonderful!

This house is amazing: clean, spacious, well equipped. No road noise even though it is closer to the road than the lake. Views, landscaping, flowers and herbs, wonderful lawn spaces for relaxing and playing. The gravel road down to the lake is walkable but we usually took a car down to the right away because there are many steps-about 70-and after swimming and kayaking you might appreciate a ride back up the hill to the house. Two kayaks, a paddle board, adult life jackets, a raft besides the dock and another deck with benches in the shade provide the stage for hours of fun. It was a great family vacation. The kitchen was really well equipped. We cooked most of our meals and grilled. Skaneateles is 9 miles north but the drive is an easy one with great views. Owner was easy to contact and very attentive to our needs. I would readily stay again if I can afford to. Really a perfect spot!
