實在令我哋太失望以後都唔會再入住
酒店太舊唔可以話係四星半，我訂嘅係豪華雙人加大床雙人房張床只可以足夠兩個人分都覺得太迫，房間太細應該不足28平方，仲有燈光太暗，一入呢間酒店已經覺得黑沉沉有啲恐怖嘅感覺地下電梯口又冇燈，地下擺咗幾舊蠟燭，想到樓層一開裂就有個白色燈籠令我同阿女都好驚，房間啲裝修實在太舊，重有窗口係對住後街嘅住屋嘅騎樓根本唔可以打開窗簾即係等於沒有窗，我以後都唔會再入住

Overall my stay was acceptable. I am only impress on how the staffs were friendly and supportive to customers. However, the room seems to be a bit out dated and the hotel overall seems did not have enough light. Location is good, the hotel is convenience to ride on train station.

每次到台北都會住，這次是坐廁的水箱配件出問題，導致有時候會不能沖水，個人會覺得床還是偏軟了一點，然後冷氣也不夠，房間會有點悶熱，冰箱也不夠冷，真的建議可以考慮飯店作一個內部的裝修以及升級硬體設備。

我們一家人到台北旅行，這是一次超滿意的住宿體驗，酒店雖小，但十分典雅，整體很像迷李版的文華東方酒店。登記時竟然給我們房間升級了，又一早幫我們安排好嬰兒床及浴盤，很喜歡迎賓的酒店特制朱古力禮盒，早餐十分可口，真的是米芝蓮級。每天房間還有新鮮水果。服務人員很好，很細心，退房後發現我們可能漏東西，還發電郵來確認。超近南京復興站，一個街口距離。 We traveled as a family with a baby to Taipei. Les Suites Taipei Ching Cheng is very excellent, small but classic, just like a mini-version of Mandarin Oriental. We were grateful to the upgrade of the hotel room and the preparation of a baby cot and bathing tub. Very delicious breakfast that's why may be rated as Michelin grade. We love the welcome hotel chocolate box, and they provide fresh fruits every day at room. The hotel is very close to the metro station, just opposite side of the road. The staff are very responsible that even sent me email to ask about their found stuff if we left anything at the room.

多次入住，都很滿意，但有感飯店可能開幕已久，可能有些設施有需要更新，如電廁板，電視及床頭音響。今後還是會繼續入住此飯店 。
