a very quiet place with new cabins and facilities a ferry service takes you from Ballina to South Ballina and it runs until 12.15am which made it an enjoyable trip back into Ballina for dinner

Glamping experience over Long Weekend
Stay at Ballina Beach Nature Resort Luxury Glamping tents was a mix of both worlds. Very comfortable, nice, spacious, clean tents and only 1-2 mins walk to the white sandy quiet beach. Had terrible problem with loud noise of two separate large groups over two nights with one group's party went on until midnight whereas no loud noise is allowed after 10 pm.

The birds, the beach, the wind and the waves really do add up to harmony.While we understand that all people enjoy their time differently we do ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10pm as you rightly mention; and have an onsite manager with a 24hr phone number available to report any concerns.I apologise that other guests behaviour affected your stay and would welcome you back with a suggestion that a weekend that does not host 2 Football Grand Finals would be much quieter.

Beautiful long weekend away. Staff were friendly and well mannered. The luxury tent that we stayed in was clean and fully equipped with everything. The property grounds were clean and tidy aswell. It’s maybe a 500m walk to the beach. The beach looked untouched and it was like we were the only people there. We could literally only see our footprints in the sand. It’s such a secluded area and that’s exactly what I was after. We saw DOZEN’s of Dolphin’s in the early afternoon while walking along the south wall and it made the weekend even better. Was not expecting to see it at all. The cafe is excellent aswell! Not a massive menu but definitely enough if you’re not that fussy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options 👌 Maybe a tiny bit pricey in comparison to what I’m used to paying for the meals I bought but in saying that, they were delicious. Otherwise bring your own food and use the Weber BBQ out on the deck of your tent. It was absolutely faultless guys and I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much.

It was hard to make a booking through Expedia in this property. I had to call the reception and send them all the messages and emails from Expedia and they still not accepting it until last minute. It was a bit stressful

The property seemed fairly new. Overall was a great retreat clean and tidy, nice atmosphere. There was insufficient light in the kitchen area for food preparation. The front entry was a trip/fall risk to older people, needs some more stepping pads infront of the stone. The shower leaked water under the door, needs a seal or adjustment. I would go back.

The property is great & the glamping tent was awesome & clean but was disappointed that there was no tea/coffee in the rooms. The cafe wasnt functioning so we couldnt get coffee or anything to eat either & there is no where else you can get anything from unless you go over the ferry to the main town which takes about 30 mins atleast!

Our sincere apology our cafe was closed, due to our chef getting Covid and could not find replacement staff at the last minute. All Tents should have Tea and Coffee in them and we are following up with housekeeping to ensure this is checked before every stay.

The cleanliness was great. Our issues were that it was a freezing night and early morning and the aircon was not reverse cycle. We ended up putting on the oven/small stove to warm up the place and left early as the café didn't open until 8.30am I would be a wonderful place to stay if you were fishing and surfing.

This park is a hidden gem in Ballina. At first we were a bit put off by the location, as it turns out that South Ballina is quite far from Ballina proper. However, the ferry is very quick and practical and really makes this a great place to stay, removed from the hustle and bustle of the town but close and convenient. The staff were just outstanding and friendly and competent. Our only suggestion is that the plumbing needs a bit of work, it seems to have been corroded by using board water over the years, And also it would be great if the cafe would serve food other than pies from the warming case. We would be very happy to come stay again!

The Cabins were old Bunks so small for a Teenager no Frypan only a small Pot ,Pool was tiny not good when lots of people were in it in general a total let down nothing like the photos we were looking forward to

Peaceful out of the way location near the beach
This out of the way Caravan Park was perfect for our needs. Just 5kms from the Burns Point Ferry Terminal in a rural area. There were non powered and powered sites, cabins, swimming pool, kiosk and a large camp kitchen. A short walk to the beach, though it is not patrolled. A great playground for fishing on the estuary or in the sea or 4wding along the beach. I noticed that some holiday makers had camp fires in a brazier though you have to bring your own wood or buy it at the caravan park. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Wi-Fi pretty sketchy at times but I guess this is the sort of place you should leave that stuff behind anyway.

Fantastic beach side location
A fantastic location. Our cabin was perfect. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The meals we ordered from the onsite cafe were great. Big shout out to Pamela who went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free. We loved it here and can't wait to come back.
