We will definitely try to book this property again next year.

Great vacation for my entire family. We had 7 adults and 6 grandkids. Plenty of rooms for all and bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen hasn't been updated and is a bit tight depending on how many are in kitchen at one time. Also pantry door or fridge door if open block access to kitchen. We have been doing this annual family get together for almost 40 years. We will definitely try to book this property again next year.

The rental team at SPI did a great job finding us a replacement facility just days before our scheduled property experienced maintenance issue. Phenomenal Stay!!

This Beach House surpassed my expectations! What a delight to be among close family while enjoying such a beautiful space. The decor is incredibly tastefully done, and the beach view is perfection! Every room seemed to have an elevated style and more space than expected. The main living room space is inviting and lends itself nicely to meeting together. Even the pool was larger than expected. Be prepared to not want to leave!!

Lovely stay, but needs improvements

Loved: view, new bathrooms, plenty of space Needs upgrading: kitchen very outdated, dish ware is old and in some cases stained, needs a hot tub
