离机场很近,在高速路边上,很方便。提供接送服务,但0:00-5:00不提供服务,最好提前电话确认一下。到机场开车大概10分钟左右到,很方便。提供的早餐不错,还有现做的鸡蛋卷。下次还会选择这里。

It was very mediocre property. The service was very average and there’s absolutely nothing around it. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

My initial review was that the breakfast provided was subpar. I believe it provided to the hotel management because the quality, quantity and selection improved significantly. The beds weren't very comfortable to us, but is a personal preference. Nearly all of the desk and cleaning staff was wonderful. The significant exception was one of the older, male desk clerk who didn't seem to like anyone.

Please do not use this hotel! They lie to you! They offer a shuttle service that does not work. In my way to the hotel, I waited for more than an hour for the shuttle. In the way back, I had to get a taxi because the shuttle driver was not there. Importantly, I did ask in the night before, If the shuttle would be available and on time. I complained and the front desk person ignored me. Please use other hotel if you can; this hotel should be your last choice!

The hotel has on all associated websites that guests will need to call the hotel directly for the airport shuttle to retrieve them from Dulles International Airport. I do apologize if you did not see that at the time of booking. As for the morning, the hotel had an associate that was not well and an another associate came in to cover their shift, but was late as it was last minute. Again we do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you whilst travelling.

I go there periodically and am able to get away, for the most part, from the craziness of what our lives now are in crisis times. The staff are pleasant; the food is good; the accommodations are comfortable; and the time spent can be relaxing. Occasionally, I find a TV not working or a bulb blown out, but those things are quickly fixed when I ask for the maintenance people to fix what is wrong. I have even been given a good rate because I am a guest that they see periodically. In these times, good customer service is hard to come by, because other hotels are not willing to push to keep the standards high when this one is.

I'm a bit disappointed in our stay. We've stayed here before. It's been about two years since our last stay here. The parking is no longer free which sucks. There's signs everywhere to make sure you scan the QR code. The receptionist was not very welcoming. She had a bit of an attitude and had an AirPod in her ear. We had to switch rooms when we arrived since it smelled very bad like chemical or gas. The room we switched to was better but later that night we found out the sink was clogged. We called the front desk for the onsite engineer and the engineer never came. I tried calling the front desk several times but they never answered. The breakfast was okay, it's been better in the past. Overall, the stay was not good as we expected. We booked this hotel because in the past, it was great and our stay felt like home. I'm not sure if there's been changes with the mangement but I will not be coming back here again.

Surely not a place I would associate with the Hyatt brand. The hotel was empty, the restaurant was technically 'open,' though it was darkened, no staff or food to be seen from 5-7. In the morning there were several people having breakfast (buffet style with standard fare of a Fairfield Inn), but all seemed to be workers in the area who have an arrangement with the hotel.

An Unsatisfied Customer
The hotel has changed tremendously since the last time I stayed there before COVID. I was a regular and I'm not a Virginia resident, that should explain how much I Loved this location. But, it must be under new management. For starters everything has a QR Code?? There is not a personal touch anywhere?? The room are extremely small and refrigerator size is a joke?? I remember the rooms being much bigger with a Full size fridge, Sink, and Cook-top. We made our own dinner we stayed at this location in the past. When you enter the hotel you notice immediately that the carpet needs to be vacuumed at the Entrance door and in the elevator. The TV, wait for it Another QR Code for access. The bathroom was filthy and had mold around the toilet?? Lastly, the Breakfast used to be amazing with options for non pork eaters and vegetarians; this location used to offer omelets made-to-order. Now, they offer cold potatoes, eggs, and half-cooked meat? We passed and left to Order Breakfast at Cracker Barrel that's approximately 5 minutes away. Way better. I think it's safe to say I won't return to this location. Would suggest an overhaul of Customer Service, Cleanliness, Eliminating QR Codes, and Major improvement in Dining options? I've attached images if mold growing in bathroom.

Stay was pleasant and nice. House keeping staff cleaned the room nicely. Couple of issues - Hyatt charged us a parking of 10$ for every night we were there and we stayed there for 5 nights so it all added up to 50$ + service charge for online payment. Near by hotels in the airport area don't have any parking fee and we felt we should have booked somewhere else instead of paying here. Since we stayed there for 5 days the breakfast options are exactly the same all the days (with only exception of replacing hashbrowns with fried potatoes on alternate days)

Parking...why?
Parking. The hotel charges for the privilege. Not only this but you have to pay to pay to park. The website has a "convenience" fee which is anything but convenient. Want to add convenience? Build in the parking fee to your hotel fee. Or better yet, do like all the other hotels in the area and don't charge for parking. Also, please clean up your hallways. I was here for 2 days and this trash was here before i got here and was still there when I left. Will not be using this property again.

Never again! Old rooms not matching posted photos
My room was nothing like the pictures I saw when booking. Rooms are very old and bathroom was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Receptionist was very robotic. Did nothing to help or suggest where could get help with our luggage. Be warned! Stay away from this property!
