What's nearby:
This home is a very short drive from skiing at the River Run entrance to Bald Mountain, as well as the town of Ketchum, which offers a diverse choice of dining and shopping. The bike path is close by at both Hwy 75 and Elkhorn Rd and connects the cities of the Wood River Valley. Nearby Sun Valley has dining, shopping, and activities such as ice skating, horseback riding, and music. In the Summer, enjoy activities such as fishing, cycling, paragliding, and hiking with many access points all over the Valley.

Parking Notes: Driveway has available parking, and one heated garage bay with ski storage. There are no more than two cars allowed in the driveway, and there is no additional parking in the winter. Please note you could be towed if you are not parked in the designated parking, especially during snow removal. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.
