This unique private retreat and convention center is nestled in the woods next to a stream and includes a 5 bed 4 bath estate home with a detached fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath Guest House on a private road.
The views from the 25' floor-to-ceiling glass walls look over the extensive natural gardens and patios. The 900 square foot master suite has a king bed, interior balcony, exterior balcony, fireplace, jetted soaking tub, and steam shower. .
The house is fully equipped including a grand piano, linens and beautifully appointed leather furniture. A dramatic floor-ceiling cut rock fireplace in the living room is available for cozy evenings. The dining area has a long table that can seat 12.
The house is very comfortable with lots of space and privacy. It is great for families or friends that want to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.
The great room and patios are easily converted for large functions and gatherings, easily seating 40 to 70 (depending on the season contact the owner for info) for your event.
Ed was great to work with and everything was in working order. The place is very spacious and we loved the table for 12! The kitchen is especially nice for many hands to work in simultaneously. Loved our stay and would recommend! 👍👍

Sun Valley Skiing
We had a great time. We were three families, 17 of us - teens, young adults and adults. The home was wonderful and in a great location. Easy to get to Hailey and have dinner etc. Very easy to get to Sun Valley and Ketchum. Edwin, the owner, was great!

Great Property, OK location
We rented this property for family to stay at during our wedding. It worked out great, we had plenty of space for people to spread out, and the amenities were very nice. Also, the owner was very easy to work with.
My only complaint on this property, is that the add portrays this property is a "Sun Valley Estate" that is just south of Ketchum. This property is definitely NOT close to Ketchum, it is mid valley and much closer to Hailey...

wonderful home for a large group
Our family reunion was a big success due to the wonderful facility in Sun Valley.
The home was well stocked with all kitchen utensils and equipment.
The housekeeping department did a great job and we found the cleanliness we expected.
We certainly would recommend this property to our friends.
