The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are helpful and kind. We celebrated 2 birthdays during the stay and the hotel kindly arranged 2 complimentary birthday cakes. The location is perfect as well, 10mins walk to the buzzing west gate area and 24hrs supermarket is just across the road. Walking to the underground station is less than 10 mins too. All in all, extremely good value for money

入住這幾天蠻冷的，但是飯店只有冷氣卻沒有暖氣、五星級飯店沒有暖氣是有那麼一點點匪夷所思 隔音不太好，隔壁的小孩吵得整夜3晚都沒睡好 早餐可能是我的期望值太高確實是失望的

整體淨潔，職員熱心服務 大堂設有自助飲品，很貼心 Check in時送上糖果袋，可到旁邊的糖果店夾糖，小朋友很開心 網站顯示酒店設有洗衣設備，這並不是投入硬幣可洗或乾衣的設備，而是每件收費的洗衣服務，最近的洗衣店須步行約八分鐘

這是我2023年內第二次入住此酒店，由於第一次入住時他們整體的質素都讓我們感到很不錯，所以今次再臨台北時便不考慮其他較近捷運的酒店。另外，當天入住時我行李箱的鎖壞了，需要尋求幫忙，但我的普通話不靈光，發現他們有曉說廣東語的職員，令我更感親切及不用那麼尷尬了。 *很多謝當天曉說廣東話來服務我的女職員。*

四人房加大雙人床房，提供嬰兒床，瓶裝水不夠提供補水服務迅速，還有古早糖果能拿著提供的塑膠袋去裝，很有意思（換成牛皮紙袋會不會好點）大廳也有剝皮寮和龍山寺的介紹
柑仔店：住宿客人飲料免費（可樂、雪碧）

我们住了5晚，酒店位置很方便，走去西门町10分钟，附近超市小吃选择多。很满意酒店的服务质量，特别是我们错过去龙山寺的免费班车，酒店马上派出一辆车专门送我们去，这里要特别感谢Jimmy,既是我们临时的司机也是兼职导游一路介绍沿途风景和美食。非常尽责而专业，其他工作人员服务也很周到，很庆幸选择住在这家酒店，体验非常的棒。

Overall good, but need attention on cleanness
It's my second time to Garden Taipei. Dislike: Found cockroach in the first night, told the reception staff but no follow up, found the rubbish left from the previous room guest which are melted candies behind the desk. Still found lots of hair after the room make up in the next day. Bit disappointed on cleanness and for no handling on cockroach problem. Like: Checked in family room, room is spacious, hardware is good thought it's newly renovated. Toilet amenities are good. Location is good.
