Our spacious custom bunkroom is equipped a 55" Smart TV overlooking 8 beds, each with its own USB charging port and lamp. The living ares has a 60" Smart TV.

We have a dedicated bedroom that's been converted for an office space. The WiFi is high speed and perfect for remote workers!

The land is situated on 5 open acres of an old Christmas Tree Farm. You can enjoy the wooded privacy while also being within walking distance of convenience stores and coffe shops.

The avid shopper in the group will take great pleasure in being only a few miles away from the Crossings Premium outlets. This complex had over 100 stores for all tastes and styles.

Try your luck at Mt Airy casino a lot machines or poker tables and treat your family to one of the many high end restaurants on the premises. If gambling is not for you they also offer live entertainment in their showroom.

No matter what you’re looking for from the Pocono mountains, you are sure to enjoy your stay at our vacation rental home.

We ask that guests do not park any more than 4 cars in the front driveway. We do have plenty of parking in the rear of the house.
**Please do not block the road that leads to the back yard, we have neighbors that live back there and use that road to get to their home.**

Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in a $1000 fine.
Setting off fireworks is illegal even though you can buy them in the Poconos. You will be fined.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed indoors. Any evidence will result in a fine.
$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional. Please do not park on the access road for the property. Park on the side of the house with the fence and picnic table. We are Dog-Friendly. $100 pet fee applies per dog. 2 dogs Max. This area is not fenced in and your dog is required to be on a leash when outdoors and please keep off the furniture when indoors. Absolutely no smoking inside. We only allow parking for 4 cars in the front driveway. However do have additional parking in the back of the house if needed. Please keep the road leading the back of the house clear at all times.
