All in all a great Hotel. Clean, Friendly, and quiet. An easy 15 minute walk from Tilburg centre and a great shopping and dinning area. Will stay again if visiting Tilburg.

Vriendelijk personeel, vriendelijk ontvangst, ruime kamers, leuke foto's van de geschiedenis van Tilburg verspreidt door het hotel, toch een ruime keuze met het ontbijt ondanks in korte tijd heel veel extra reserveringen voor het ontbijtbuffet, schone kamers.

Over het algemeen een prima verblijf. Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en de bedden liggen comfortabel. De kamer was schoon en netjes bij aankomst. Personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk, al werd er bij het uitchecken niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was – alleen dat er nog een rekening voor de toeristenbelasting openstond. Jammer, want het lijkt me dat het hotel graag wil weten waar ze kunnen verbeteren. Minpunten waren de dunne kussens en flinke geluidsoverlast van de tussendeur op de gang (van de 6e verdieping) – die sloeg zo hard dicht dat het leek alsof er iemand onze kamer binnenkwam. Hierdoor zijn we ’s nachts meerdere keren wakker geworden. De badkamer was netjes en functioneel. ’s Avonds nog een paar biertjes gedronken in de bar; het tappen verliep niet soepel, maar het werd vriendelijk en snel opgelost. Al met al een prima verblijf met wat aandachtspunten.

Booked the hotel via Expedia and choose for pay at the hotel. One day before the took the payment from my credit card. I added my credtcard only for garanty not for the payment because my customer should pay the room. The lady at the reception mentioned this was how they work and didn t listen to my arguments. Even when I showed the booking in the Expedia app what stated pay at the hotel she refushed to do anything. Next time no bookings at Bastion hotels for me
