As following that, we have emphasized functionality and convenience of rooms, and that is our concept for providing the guestss our service. We highly appreciated your understanding about that, The pillows called 3D mesh pillows, are designed as you sleep deeply and comfortable with the duvet. That is why the pillows desighned thiner than usual. However, if you are not quite satisfied the pillows, we also provide you the thick one. We have the limitation of them, but please kindly ask the front staffs when you need. We certainly hope that you choose to stay with us again for your next visit to Japan.
