The room is on the small side, so it will be a bit difficult to lay luggage open on the floor. Other then that the stay is perfect. The breakfast is delicious.

整體來說不錯
從最近的仲御徒町地鐵站出來,沿大路直行約4分鐘就到,不遠也不算近。好處是附近有三個地鐵站,分別是三條線,也只是5分鐘路程而已,很方便計劃行程
訂了普通的雙人房,早上大概9點去到酒店寄放行李,還即時幫我們辦了check in 手續,也不用付任何按金。當晚回酒店才知道職員已把行李搬到房間,十分貼心
房間在東京來說算大了,起碼打開24寸行李箱之後走廊沒被堵住。可能因為是2018年新開的酒店,整體很乾淨。房裡有足夠的usb和三腳插座,可以兩個人同時給電話+尿袋充電。
美中不足的是雪櫃有點小、沒冰格,而且找不到自助洗衣乾衣服務,貌似只有送洗服務,蠻貴的。

the air conditioner was broken, we asked if it’s possible to change a room or fix the machine, but insisted on giving us an extra blanket and not to fix the problem !

Very nice hotel with relatively cheaper room rate. The room size was fare enough, bed was comfortable. Location was ok with 10-15 walk from metro station. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate. May visit again next time.

The check in staff was excellent helpful and I remember he was the one checking me in for my last visit in March. I forgot to ask for his name but he impressed me and my husband. And the front desk manager Ms Sasaki did a great job for assisting me keeping the birthday surprise for my husband. One thing can be improved is the lightening of the room.
Too dim that cannot turn it brighter. But I would definitely come back for my next visit to Tokyo.
