酒店距離大久保站約步程3-5分鐘，但通常要乘一個站去新宿再去其他地方，所以不是很方便。酒店用環保原則，房間要用的消耗品，在大堂都可以自行取用，或向職員索取。職員的服務態度非常好，check-in及check-out都很快。房間面積足夠，厠所和淋浴區採用乾濕分離，一格是淋浴，有浴缸和企浴位置，水壓和熱水足夠。一格是洗手盆，一格是坐厠，坐厠格面積太小了，有壓迫感。除了床，梳化，書檯外，還有一個小廚房。長梳化是絲絨的，但我見有一部份有白色舊汚跡，相信是以前住客造成，但未有徹底清潔，所以感覺不是太好，房間其他地方清潔，都無大問題，而房間隔音不是很好。

Thank you for staying with HUNDRED STAY Tokyo Shinjuku. We appreciate rating our hotel and your comment. As you say, our nearest station is not Shinjuku staion but Okubo station. It's just 1 stop from Shinjuku staion and 3 minutes on foot from our hotel. As you say, we prepare amenities at the lobby and provide lend item at the reception. The lending item list is in the information book of room. Our check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am. The guests can extend with extension fee. We will share your opinion of cleaning with our cleaning managaer and make an effort to improve it. We are looking forward to welcoming you again.
