唯一的優點就是地點不錯人員服務也很親切~其他設施老舊清潔不夠乾淨有異味，放在浴室的藥膏清潔打掃後還不見了。雖然不是貴重物品，但是這種犯錯誤真的很誇張。

網上訂單列明包免費wifi,但入住後才知道所有房間均沒有wifi. 非常失望。 早餐不錯！份量和味道都很滿意。

Very close to metro but not clean enough.
Good chose for couple for sight seeing in the down town or periphery of Tokyo. Price lower than hotel in Shinjuku generally. 50/50 for family with kid, metro station exit with escalator to ground level, and reach to hotel in a minute, but may not be clean enough for kid may roll over the carpet and sofa, you may not pick the provided non-disposable flip-flop even.

又話高速上網只是樓下大堂可以上網，地方又細只能容納２人，張床十分差，梳化明有污漬。 酒店价格和要求是圴等的，我們是消費者是明白，地方整潔用品安全就不能(媽夫)，在東京大 都市房間末能裝WIFI十分不方便有点失望

距離池袋車站很近，要去各地都很方便。
工作人員服務態度非常好，感覺非常親切，對東京不熟的観光客來說真的是不錯的選擇，而且地點方便，晚上回到飯店也不用擔心找不到吃的地方，下次有機會會再入住。

extremely close to Railway station, hotel room is relatively big comparing with other hotels in japan, staffs are nice.

本人入住單人房間, 房間算是寬闊, 而且浴室很大及有浴缸. 而且前台幫助送行李至房間, 服務算是不錯. 但是房間冷氣很差, 開至最大都幾乎沒有冷氣. 房間很熱. 由於本人入住時已經很晚, 加上只住宿一晚, 故此還勉強可以接受. 希望只是個別例子. 另外房間亦收不到WIFI, 亦可能需要注意.

Conveniently located, but no wifi inside room
The hotel is just 2 min walk from C6 exit of Ikebukuro station, the room is large in Tokyo standard, but it really needs some touch up/ upgrading. The air conditioning is only emitting warm or hot air making the room temperature too high, we need to open the window at night throughout our stay. There is no wifi inside guest room, and is an obvious false statement as described in Expedia. The LCD TV is also too small for viewing on bed. The breakfast included is quite OK, though it is not serving buffet breakfast and you need to make your choice on one of the four being provided (American/ Japanese/ Pancakes/ Cereal). The hotel is acceptable only when you are staying in winter season and when you are having your own access to wifi.

Compare to general Tokyo hotels, this hotel provides enough space for daily activities. The location is good, next to a shopping mall & the metro. I will choose it again if I visit Tokyo.

near subway, big room, comfortable
just right next to the subway exit C6 easy to find room is big bed is comfortable air conditioner issue - central system, i cannot choose to use cool air. staff provided us a fan which can solve the problem.

位置一流，但酒店質數差
位置非常好，由Metro 池袋站C6出口步行回酒店不用3分鐘，要乘搭JR 都只是10分鐘內的路程，還可以由地下通道，所以地理位置十分優越，若要坐機場巴士也是走5分鐘已經有站，真的十分方便。 可是，酒店內非常糟糕，服務員英文都不好（但也很有禮貌），只有最後一天有個會聽得懂英文的人在前台。第一天入住在廁所發配有蚤，並感覺不太乾淨，床非常軟，枕頭各一，太低都睡得不好。房內沒有wifi, 電視也什麼好看，此酒店應該只是給日本當地人住的。還有，早餐只有4款可以選，咖啡也難得地不好喝。 雖然酒店的地點太吸引，但質素差，下次不會考慮入住。

訂房的時候已要求兩張單人床，但check-in時才告知未能安排。還有，我們要求多一張被子，酒店職員説沒有，一間酒店沒可能不提供額外的被子。

離池袋站很近,附近很多吃的,只是房間沒有wifi比較不方便.附近有麥當勞跟24小時的咖啡廳,相當方便

The clerk is not as initiative and efficient as expected. It took 5~10 min for them to check in one customer and the others would only have to wait. Only 4 set choices for breakfast and no advice nor coupond in advance. You'll have to go to the front desk and order first, then go back to the restaurant and give the waitress ticket...not really convenient and friendly process.

房間還OK，飯店本身有歷史，有地利之便，但CP不高
池袋站西口丸之內線C6出口手扶梯上來拐個彎就到了，地理位置上還算方便。 飯店本身有點老，裝潢等都看的出來有些歷史，沒一些新的飯店那麼氣派就是了； 只是花這些錢我更可能會選擇其他新一點的飯店，the b ikebukuro就蠻划算的(還包早餐!!)

チェックイン時の説明がなさすぎ。 朝食もWifiも、何もかもこちらから質問しなければ説明なし。 ホスピタリティーがまったく感じられなくて残念。 リピートはあり得ない。

Good location, good size
Chose to stay in Ikebukuro for once instead of the usual hotspots like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location right next to escalators leading to the train station, options to eat nearby and decent sized room with space to actually open our suitcases, unlike other shoebox sized hotels in Japan where we've struggled to do barely that. Also had an extra suitcase delivered via courier on our second day which they were more than happy to accept and advise us it had arrived when we came back to our hotel after a long day.
