Booked a superior queen which was a nicely sized room. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The pillows were super super flat which is a thing with APA hotels so had to double stack. Zero issues with the room otherwise and would definitely return again.

Great Location in the heart of it all. Small rooms typical of Tokyo but fine for a couple day stop. Beds/pillows not so comfortable. Lots of extras in case you forgot toothbrush or other necessities.

Convenient and Nice Hotel!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. In a very convenient location near lots of restaurants, stores, clubs, bars etc. A 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station, however in a very busy location so I would not recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot. Overall 9/10 experience!
