Sangenjaya is located 5 minutes from Shibuya by express train.
It is truly the Heart of Tokyo.
So perfect for sightseeing in Tokyo♬

It is on one floor with a Japanese-style living room, kitchen, and bedroom.
It's the perfect size for 3 people and more. You can rent the whole floor.
Relax on the large, comfortable sofa. 　

About a 6-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station, the lively Chazawa-dori shopping street,
Handmade delicatessen, tempura, and tofu shops full of downtown atmosphere
Pass Taishido shopping street with greengrocers.

There is also a public bath nearby where you can heal the fatigue of your trip.
Of course, there is also a convenience store nearby.

We are renting the entire first floor of a two-story apartment.

The best location and Property Manager was super nice!

The Property is two story house separated top and bottom. Bottom is rented out. It is an older looking property but it's very clean inside. It has a hardwood floor with 4 small bed separated from the living room and dinning room. Neighbors were very quiet and about 8 min walk from the nearest station. What I liked the most was prompt response from the Property Manager, Yasu. He was very polite, nice and considerate. We really enjoyed staying there with two kids. We will stay there again.

Great Location

My family enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s such a convenient location if you want easy access to Shibuya. The street from the nearest station Sangenjyaya to the apartment is easy walk ( approximately 10 min) with many restaurants and stores. We shopped at Seiyu grocery store a couple times. The bedroom has 3 single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed and a single bed, We had 4 of us ( ages 15 and above), and it felt crowded time to time but it was manageable. Small dining table with 2 chairs only in the kitchen, so we had meals at separate times. If your party has someone taller than 5’8” or so, the toilet will feel very small. Your knees are touching the wall when sitting. It has a washing machine so we could wash our clothes and hung them in the apartment ( no dryer in the apartment but coin laundry nearby). I wish the host uploaded photos of the toilet area and bathroom. The AC works fantastic. The host gets back to you via Vrbo messaging quickly. Overall it’s a great value and great location. We’ll stay again!

quite disappointed

We stayed 3 weeks (1 couple and a child). The reception was very cold and distant. My Japanese wife even had difficulty making herself understood. It is a very old construction on the ground floor, when we arrived there were ants and a big cockroach. But the apartment was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Very small, the apartment moreover was cluttered by a 4th bed which was useless and prevented us from accessing the only storage for clothes. No instructions for arrival and check-in. No internet. We got it after a week. Although remaining 3 weeks we had to insist to obtain a 3rd chair.

Wonderful Stay and location

This was my second time staying at this property since it has all the amenities I need and the location is perfect. If you would like to stay in a Japanese apt. surrounded by locals, rather than a hotel, this place is for you. Just remember that this is a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
