Pros Room was very clean and facilities were great. Receptionists were polite and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and strongly recommend it to people. Cons There should be an entry control of the public bath when the booking was full. Everyone must take a shower before enter the pool. But the showering spots were full when I entered there, I had to wait in a long line naked for showering and it’s so awkward to me! If I knew the facility was full, at least I could choose to come later. Hope this part can be improved.

Enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean and they have friendly helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located across the stadium. We were lucky as we got to watch a baseball match from the comfort of our hotel room. There's about a 600m walk to the nearest train station. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor.

Happy with stay. Right across a baseball stadium and had best view of a Friday night game. There is sound proofing to block out the noise of the crowds when a game is on. Short walk to train station. About a 30 min walk to Shibuya. Like most hotels it had the essential toiletries available. Went for deluxe room for slightly more space. It was modern, clean, staff were friendly. Hotel recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Staff were attentive, polite and very helpful. They were able to clearly communicate information to my partner and I in English, as we do not speak Japanese. Check in and check out were quick. The front counter staff were a great help in forwarding our luggage to our next stay in Osaka. The on site laundry machines were inexpensive and very convenient. Our room was clean and big enough for us to comfortably keep 3 suitcases, though not all open on the floor at the same time. Location is close to the Ginza Line, which made it easy to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Will definitely stay here again when looking to spend time in those areas! Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel is right beside Meiji Jingu baseball stadium. The rooms over look the baseball field and you can watch the Swallows team play from your hotel room. Very cool experience.

Really enjoyed my time here. Hotel was clean and staff incredibly respectful and kind. It was a bit out of the way for transit options, but I was able to get around fairly easily.

The area around the hotel is very nice. Walk to the G Ginza line in 5 -7 minutes. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Our room can see the Mt. Fuji on the 15th floor. Highly recommended .

Very nice hotel between two very lively neighbourhoods in Japan. Close to a subway station that allows tourists to explore Tokyo with ease. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. It offers an incredible view of the baseball stadium, which is very cool. The onsen is clean and regularly maintained. The room I stayed in (deluxe) was larger than most of the rooms I stayed in Japan.

We enjoyed our stay in this very quiet part of Shinjuku. The onsen was great to use after a long day of walking around. We had the buffet breakfast and it was a nice assortment of buffet items. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

The staff was so kind the entire trip. When we first got to our room, it looks beautiful and clean, but the room smelled musty. Upon looking out the window at the baseball field, we saw a ton of moisture and mold around the window. We called and asked for a new room, which they immediately provided one floor up. The new room still smelled a bit musty (not as much as the first room), and there was still mold in the window, but far less. We settled with that room as the rest of it was lovely and clean. We ran the air purifier the entire stay. For anyone who is tattooed like us, you cannot use the onsen in the hotel. Just a friendly heads up. The coin laundry was fantastic to have on site.
