Old and bad hotel list
The toilet has rubbish on floor not cleaned Overall my given room layout is very bad … long and narrow corridor and no place to put my luggage. The air con system is not function well. The hotel is very old except the lobby has been recently renovated.. the price is very high and the CP ratio is very very low …

Location is very good, it’s near JR and Airport Railway station. There is a JR travel info center operating till 10 PM in the station. Many shops and restaurants around.

房間老舊略有煙味
Annex tower 房間老舊，有點煙味，比較敏感的人會感到不適。電視在床側且十分小，冰箱也十分小。這次的房間在29樓正對品川站，但說不上是漂亮的景色。房間大是唯一的優點。

優點：交通方便，往返羽田機場快速，出品川站（JR/京急）高輪口過馬路走三分鐘內就到。住宿環境舒適，服務不錯。 缺點：飯店房客較多，早餐跟寄放行李要排隊等候，怕噪音的人可能要斟酌，即使住高樓層對面車站列車進出站的聲音還是很大聲

This hotel is near by Shinagawa station which is a train station can go everywhere near by Tokyo. even to/from Haneda or Narita airport. Hotel fee is more reasonable than the other hotel in center of Tokyo.
