第一，係12月去，酒店係中央空調，間房係無空氣咁，焗到暈，尤其係沖完涼出嚟，廁所有焗，間房人焗。打落服務台， 只可以提供冷風機。完全感受唔到空氣。喺走廊都舒服㗎間房。

Unsatisfied feeling
It was a 4-night stay After all, I could say satisfied with this stay. However, one thing happened which made me angry. We reserve and enjoy the meal from the ステーキ＆しゃぶしゃぶ　ふじた restaurant on the first floor of the Annex building. After the meal, we used the room card to check. The next day night after we came back to the room. We received a letter which noticed us pay the food bill immediately. We also found one thing, they didn't give us the new bottle of water after the wetness clean up the room. If I combine these two things together, I guess "no bottle water thing" was a warning or threat. This thing was not appropriate to such a big hotel as SWH.

離車站有點遠但整潔乾淨
離新宿站有點遠，但勝在機場巴士直達酒店。 如果要在高速巴士站搭車，這酒店是不錯的，15分鐘路程就到了。 入住和退房都很方便，不過行李只能當天內寄存。 房間雖小但整潔乾淨。

值得推介之酒店
酒店房間頗寛敞（在東京是有點意外）整潔，員工很友善助人，設備應有盡有，位置方面雖然有地下通道直達新宿各地下車站，但路途頗遠，約攜帶行李手信走15至20分鐘頗吃力，建議增設酒店巴士接駁市中心，那就完美了！

櫃臺男服務人員態度極差對外國旅客敷衍check in時口氣態度非常躁鬱又不尊重非常沒水準！清潔衛生紙都不會自動補上，這次很糟糕！

Nice hotel and room, but could be better
It was a solo trip, so I tried booking the single room but I was offered the double room instead. The room was clean and there was enough place to open my big suitcase on the floor. However, personally I think the room could use a bit more lighting as I find it difficult to read on bed at night. The bed is positioned with the headboard area in front of the window. It is a bit strange as I cannot lean on it properly when watching tv from the bed. Also, I could hear other guests talking in the corridor from my room quite clearly, and it was quite annoying especially this usually happened late in the evening at 10pm. I don't understand why they chose to chat outside the corridor instead of inside the room. There is also quite a considerable step up between the room floor and the bathroom floor. People might need to be careful about their movement in the difference in height. Overall, this is a good hotel. Good location, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around, and there is WE bus taking you to Shinjuku Station and other parts of Shinjuku regularly.

飯店中央空調溫度是固定在25度、每天都熱醒全身是汗，室外溫度是10度以下、無法待在房裡太久、實在很不舒服、除此之外、飯店人員服務親切、交通上也算方便。
