It was very good overall. Not many restaurants nearby but the in-house restaurant food and service was great. The shuttle service was more limited than in other airport area hotels in the hours of operation and with a more limited number of runs, maybe because of the distance to the airport, but was a good service. All staff were very friendly and polite.

Night before leaving ... went to front desk to confirm checkout time. Was not acknowledged for a full minute, bearing in mind I was the only person there. Not until I actually said something was I acknowledged and even, the response was that of being annoyed. Not good customer service in a service industry !!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was rundown and in serious need of renovation. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority; from the deeply stained wing chair, the underwear left in the wardrobe, to the carpets that desperately needed a steam clean. What made the stay even worse was the constant noise throughout the night. Other guests were coming and going at all hours—doors slamming or hotel staff using the room across the hall, again slamming the doors. The front desk staff were not interested in addressing the problem. It didn’t feel secure or peaceful at all. I barely got any sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or quiet stay. Definitely not worth the price.

I really like the property overall. It’s in excellent condition and very clean. The only downside was the ongoing construction in the area, which caused some traffic congestion—but that’s completely unrelated to the property itself.

The staff at this hotel were the best! The house keeping staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming I’ve seen in a hotel. The restaurant was severely understaffed the night we ate there. The poor server was the bartender, host, server, and we think also the chef! Our meal was outstanding but he was clearly running trying to be in three places at once! The pool was freezing cold and there were no towels in the towel rack to use. The rooms really need some attention. The shotty tile work in the bathroom and stained carpet and poor lighting need an upgrade for sure.

I’ve stayed in Toronto for YEARS & I’m left disgusted this time around. I booked two nights & as I entered the hotel, everything seemed great. I then stayed my first night to make my bed the next morning to find a dirty condom fly out of the sheets, as I further inspected I then found dry blood marks on my pillows ( I should have checked before I went to sleep, Never again! ). And a cockroach dead in the bathroom. I tried to resolve things with the front desk and they offered to “clean the room really good” . I decided to stay since nothing else was available with such short notice but I was absolutely sick to my stomach when checking out in the morning around 4:30 am waiting for the shuttle I then see a mouse crawling on the windowsill inside the office, which is one of the front building windows. I’ve never written a review before, but this one needed one this hotel is absolutely unsanitary. I will not be staying again.
