The hotel is centrally located close to the train station, shopping mall and opposite a car rental office. The place is clean, has a modern look and the staff tries their best even though they speak little English. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the train station. The staff didn’t know that international guests can receive complimentary tram tickets but offer discount tram ticket for 100 yen instead of normal fare of 210. No biggie. Hotel just opened in 2020. I would stay here again

今回初めて「ホテルJALシティ富山」に泊まらせていただきました。築年数が少ないこともあって、全体的に清潔感がありました。また、スタッフの方の礼儀作法もしっかりしていた印象です。 受付では新人さんの方に対応していただいたのですが、そのサポートもしっかりされていました。 カードキーを頂いて部屋に入った時、電気の付け方に少し戸惑いました。よくあるのは、入室後、カードキーを差し込むと電気がつく方式を採用されていますが、このホテルは、メインスイッチを押すことにより、全体の電源がONになる方式だったので、フロントで説明して頂けたらありがたかったです。 あと、シャワーの方式が、上方からのシャワーと手持ちの切り替え式なのは凄く良かったです。しかし、水圧が少し低く感だので、改善していただければもっと気持ち良くシャワーを体感出来たんじゃないかと思います。 でも、全体的に気持ち良く、快適に過ごせたホテルでした。また、富山に行く機会があれば必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。一泊2日お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
