Welcome to our Beach Condo!
Enjoy 250' of gorgeous sugar sand frontage on beautiful East Grand Traverse Bay in Beach Condominium unit #218. Our condo features a King Bed with a Sleeper Sofa, perfect for your guests.
Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a whirlpool tub, a private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Dish Network HD Programming and free Wi-Fi access.
The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely.

Condo with Beautiful view
The condo is beautiful and exactly what we we needed for a long weekend. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. Its on the outskirts of TC, which is nice because it was quite.

Perfect for our needs
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved this property! Bedroom was spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage without feeling cramped, even had a luggage rack available which helped. Bed was comfortable and had several pillows to use. Very large bathroom had stacked washer/dryer in the closet if needed and the jetted bathtub was such a relaxing way to unwind at the end of each day. We loved watching the water from either the comfy couches in the main living area or on the balcony with our morning coffees (saw bald eagles too!). One thing I appreciated most was the very secure yet easy to use keyless entry touchpad. We had the same code all week, but the numbers display in a different order each time, so it would be nearly impossible for an onlooker to figure out your code. I've never seen that before and was so impressed! Sleeping wasn't a problem for us, but for anyone sensitive to light and sound it's probably good to know the bedroom window faces a somewhat busy road and only has vertical blinds to block light. The standup shower was also a little small and didn't have shelves for toiletries, but that wasn't a problem for us either. So many good things to say about this place - I was so happy we found this gem and would absolutely consider coming back!

Great location on beach
Loved having beach and heated pool. Condo was clean and spacious. Only dissapointment was instead of this newly renovated room they gave us another room that was not updated like this photo, and had small tvs. ( said thr room we origionally rentd had fruit flies) Would rent here again.

Great place
Overall a nice place to stay for my husband and I having a little time away. The view and the ability to sit in the living area with he screen door shut to relax while listening to the waves hitting the beach was wonderful. The beach wasnt crowed but didn't seem like enough chairs on the beach to accommodate but that was fine for us since we preferred to be down there when no one else was, sunrise and sunset. The only downside to the place was that the bed could be updated for a better night's sleep for the guests. The shower head should be replaced as it leaked from the wall mount, the holder was broken and the spay part had some glogged areas so it didn't spray well. Hopefully at least the shower head is replaced soon but we would stay again.

The property was great and the view of the bay was absolutely amazing and beautiful. We would absolutely stay there again. Small gripes about the showerhead and faucet needing an update, the jet tub having parts that need replaced (likely beyond cleaning), and the toilet seat that won’t stay up kept the trip from being perfect. I would give it 4.5 instead of 4 but it wasn’t an option.

Nice view of bay.
The property needs some updates. Not a lot of lighting in the bedroom. Needs a new Keurig machine as the one they had did not work very well. There was a regular coffee pot to use, however, we brought our own coffee pods for a Keurig. The ice maker was off and no ice was made. Could have used an ottoman or some footrests for the couch area so it was more comfortable sitting back and watching a movie. The view was nice from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay!

Pretty accurate description. It would be nice if they made the stay a bit more personal to the patron with maybe a welcome note or something. Also, change the lighting in the living room and kitchen. The fluorescent makes the accommodations very sterile and not very warm or inviting. Also, bring your own coffee filters. Knowing what I know, I would stay there again being a bit more prepared.

Everything we needed for a long weekend.
Access code was texted to us in advance of check in time and it was super easy. Cart for luggage wasn't available. Towels were soft, dishwasher and washer/dryer we're helpful plus the jacuzzi tub in the room was great.
