This charming studio condo has a full private bathroom & main room features 2 full size beds, small kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, & coffee maker. The private deck overlooks parts of Lake Bellaire and Summit Ridge. Walk to 2 of the 4 golf courses & in the winter this is a ski in / ski out unit. Handicap accessible with no stairs to get to unit. Whether you are taking a golf trip, ski trip or just looking to get away this is perfect. Dogs welcome, but must be kept in cage or kennel and not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be approved before booking stay. There is an extra $50 fee per stay for each dog. If there is a fifth person there will be an extra $50 fee per night, rollaway must be requested prior to stay. We have a tv, but no remote or cable. We recommend bringing a roku stick or fire stick. WiFi is available. House rules - we ask that you do not eat in the beds and no wet or muddy boots / shoes on the carpet. This is a ski in ski out unit. We have access to an indoor pool from November thru March (indoor pool is closed due to Covid) and access to a private beach club on Lake Bellaire in the summer.
