Solo traveler

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are clean. But I’ll highlight what I consider a negative experience. 1- The AC in room was turn off, the temperature never get below 25C and found difficult sleeping, when I reach to the staff they provided me a fan. ( helped a little ! ) 2- you are only permit to use the swimming pools, sona required additional payment. 3- breakfast closed at 9:30am. ( all hotels I been to closed at 10 ) 4- no room service after 10pm which is not convenient as all restaurants in surrounding area closed at 10pm too ). 5- WiFi is available but without password which make it less secure.

룸 냄새

객실에서 말리지 않은 걸레 썩은 냄새가 계속났어요 처음에 심하지 않아서 환기가 좀 덜됐거나 화장실 냄새인가 했는데 점점 심해져서 체크아웃할때는 룸전체가 쾌쾌해서 많이 힘들었어요 화장실에서 나는 냄새도 아니고 침구 이불 에서 나는것도 아니였는데 도대체 왜 어디서 나는 것인지 몹시 불쾌했습니다 덜말린 물걸레로 바닥을 청소한것인지 문제의 원인을 꼭 찾아야할것같습니다 직원분들은 모두 친절하고 나머지부분은 모두 만족이 였는데 안타깝습니ㄷ

Premium double room without bathtub.

울산 출장올때마다 프리미엄 더블룸 이용하였습니다. 욕조가 있어서 항상 이쪽으로 예약했는데 왠걸 이번에는 욕조가 없네요. 방도 이미 사용했으니 못바꿔주니 다음에 올때 미리 이야기하라고 합니다. 다른분들은 이 글 참고하셔서 저같은 일을 겪지않으셨으면 좋겠습니다.

가격대비 손색없는 5성급의 호텔입니다. 무료 제공하는 옵션의 설명 부족이 아쉬웠습니다. 수영장 쿠폰을 두 장이나 주셨지만 당연히 사우나를 통해 입장되는 줄 알았던 제 생각과는 달리 다른 객장 입장이었습니다. 호텔의 입장에서 당연히 수영장 사용율이 좋지않아 이벤트를 기획하셨겠지만 설명을 해주셨으면 아마 쿠폰을 안받았을 것 같습니다

층간소음이 거슬릴정도로 크게나고 아침부터 옆방 청소를 너무 열심히 하셔서 쉴수가 없었음. 체크아웃 시간이 3시간이 남았는데 청소를 하는것은 이해하나 소음은 이해 못함

오래된 호텔이라 들었는데 전혀 느껴지지 않을만큼 깔끔하고 이쁜 외관이었습니다. 수영장과 객실은 무난하지만 충분히 괜찮은 수준이었고 조식은 쾌적하고 깔끔한 환경에 맛도 좋았습니다. 주차장이 옥외인데 호불호는 있겠지만 밤늦게 나갔다와도 자리가 있었습니다.
