This property is not family friendly. The beds are very small and uncomfortable, breakfast is $28 per person, the hot tub was out of order, the walls are thin, and for the price per night, I would have expected more. When I went to check out, the front desk was not friendly, either.

Had to change rooms toilet was malfunctioning. 3 calls for engineer over an 8 hour period before switching room. Ice machines broken. Roaches in sauna and locker room. Never again would I stay there.

Lobby was very clean and appealing. The staff was also very hardworking and kind. The restaurant/bar was also nice with solid food and drink options. The hotel did seem understaffed. There was trash and dirty linens in the hallways for hours after cleaning a room. Also the thermostat in the room didn’t work and just blasted heat. Complained about the heat multiple times and asked for this to be fixed but to no avail. Some very nice aspects of this hotel but also some misses.

We’ve stayed here several times. Cleanliness is important to me, and this hotel is beautifully maintained. The staff is personable and the rooms are quiet.

It was pleasant, however, the thermostat in the room had problems & it was very warm in there. Everytime we cried to get it cooler it didn't work. We had to open the window a little to get it cooler

We stayed on a Saturday night. We were attending an event at Nassau Coliseum, so the hotel was very busy with guests that included the staff that was running the event. I was worried because the reviews for this hotel were disappointing, but I honestly did not see any of the complaints. The hotel was beautiful, clean, modern. The check in staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people there, but again, the staff there was very accommodating as well. The food was good. I have no complaints and will stay there again for any other events at Nassau.

It was an okay stay. The hotel itself is great, food was great too. However, It was so hot in our rooms so it was hard to sleep. When we called in about it we were told to open our windows which made the room cooler of course which made our last few hours of rest bearable.

Good stay in busy hotel.
One night for the holiday while visiting family. Hotel had good service and was very busy. It appears "worn" in ways like the furnishings in the room but was clean and the staff was helpful.
