Nice furnished apartment of 30m2 recently renovated with taste.

Ideally located to discover the Gard and its riches:

Located in the center of Uzès less than 3 min walk from the famous place aux herbes and its legendary Saturday morning Provencal market.
* 13 min from the Pont du Gard, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
* 30 min from Nîmes and its bullring, the square house, the Magne Tower, the gardens of the fountain
* 40 minutes from Avignon and its papal palace classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site

The apartment is on the ground floor of a residence with security guard and electric gate.

It's made of :

- A room with a double bed
- A space including a kitchen and a living room with sofa bed for two people.
- A corridor with a large closet
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
