The appartment is located in a beautiful chalet within the Legettaz hamlet that comprises several luxury chalets at the bottom of the trails at the entrance of the Manchet valley. This valley is accessible by car or walking. A beautiful view and a peaceful place in this preserved valley just at the gateway to the Vanoise national park. The appartment is on the ground floor, with a 50m2 terrace by the Callabourdane, a small river tributary of the Isere. The furnishings is luxurious with design furnitures in teck. There is a large locked ski box, a parking place and a garage in the underground. The living room and dining room are south facing with a beautiful view on the Manchet valley and surrounded by a larches wood. Downtown is 15 min walking. Ski-in Ski-out.

Super appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel aux pieds des pistes
Très jolie terrasse ensoleillée. Dommage qu’elle n’est pas été déblayée de la neige pour être fonctionnelle . Gros point positif pour les deux parkings. Très belle résidence bien entretenue et surtout calme avec ascenseur Il faut tout de même faire attention d arriver à l heure sinon amende de 50 euros facturée par la conciergerie Sinon l appartement très agréable et bien agencé avec de nombreux placards a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour parfait

Standing et emplacement parfaits
Grand appartement très bien équipé, extrêmement fonctionnel, très beau avec une terrasse gigantesque au milieu des sapins. Le tout est très au calme au dessus du centre de Val d Isère mais on y accède à pieds très rapidement. Résidence de standing . Tout fut parfait, y compris la météo. Nous remercions le propriétaire. Nous n' avons qu une réserve mais elle ne concerne pas le logement. Il s' agit de l entreprise auprès de laquelle nous avons loué nos draps et serviettes. Le tout sentait très mauvais quand nous avons ouvert le sac. Nous avons dû aérer très longtemps pour atténuer ce désagrément.

Situé dans un immeuble de petite taille accessible à ski et à quelques minutes du front de neige, appartement avec terrasse très agréable, et très bien équipé. La qualité des aménagements, tant par le mobilier, que par l’électroménager et la vaisselle sont rares pour un bien proposé à la location saisonnière. Merci pour ce séjour.
