因為航空公司班機延誤，我妹妹深夜才到旅館，也將手提包忘了放在機場到市區的公車上。 很感謝民宿主人非常親切的詢問並幫忙打電話去公車處詢問，才得以找回包包和現金，真的是服務很好又親切的旅館。A very nice beautiful small hotel. They help my sister and call the bus station to get her bag back. Thank you very much for your help.

The location of the guest house was perfect, the staff were so very helpful in every way. Breakfast was such a nice treat in the morning and the attendant was wonderful. The tiny guest room over looking the garden was a wonderful get away in the midst of Venice.

We stayed for two nights. Never slept in such a horrible, little room. The man in the breakfast was sympathetic but the man in the reception not. Never again, better spend some coins more and book a comfortable place.

I had the most exquisite stay at 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House in Venice and felt compelled to share my experience. The staff's warm and friendly demeanour made us feel like cherished guests. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay, and their delightful smiles were a constant reminder of their care. The breakfast was a treat for the senses, with the coffee being a standout. Dining in the garden was like stepping into a fairytale, evoking the wonder of Alice in Wonderland. Our room, with its antique charm and canal view, was a true gem. The mix of old-world aesthetics and modern comforts, including air conditioning, was perfect. Although our visit was short – just two nights – the impact was profound. Venice became my favourite destination, and 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House played a significant part. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. It's not just a stay; it's an unforgettable experience that captures the city's essence. Overall, it was an enchanting stay that exceeded all expectations:)

Das Gästehaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man konnte alles in Venedig gut zu Fuß erreichen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder dort hinfahren.

Breakfast was perfect and enjoyable in the yard. Location was out of the crowds with nice restaurants and an easy walk to the train station and vaporetto stops. Room may have been a little tight, but what a view! Would stay again the next time in Venice.

It was an absolute joy to stay at 3749 Ponte Chiodo Guest House. After a busy week travelling, it was just the right base for me. Central but quiet. Convenient and safe. Mattia and his team are very welcoming and unobtrusive. They make you feel straight away at home. The room is lovely, quiet, large, well lit and amazing views of the canal. I can't recommend enough.

This is a perfectly located guest house, we had a room looking over the canal. The host was extremely helpful with lots of information for places to visit. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Would love to return again very soon.

This was a guest house and it was awesome. The owner and employees are beyond amazing. The owner gives you a map of non-touristy food places to go eat. You must check them out! They are much better than the ones in tourist places and they have better service. Ponte Chiodo was awesome. It was a nice quaint little guest house within walking distance to everything in Venice. I would recommened this place 100 times over. We were there during the 187 CM flood on 12/11/19 and we helped the owner and employee make sure we could save as much as possible. The place barely got a couple centimeters, in the main area, so don't worry about flooding here!

Simply charming house and host. We have visited Venice many times and stayed in lovely hotels but this stay was special. So good to sit in the garden and chat with the owner, who has great recommendations and shares a love of Venice.

No service off hours, okay place to stay
Small rooms but they were clean though. We saw leech the moment we stepped in the hotel. Getting there is a hassle, there's no one on site if you arrive late. The owner leaves you with a gate code and the room key at the door with check-in instructions. Breakfast is normal. Location is awesome.
