地點超好，出火車站走3分鐘就到了! 櫃台態度很好，還會幫忙提行李! 需要什麼都會幫忙! 房間和浴室都算大間的，住起來很舒適! 在外住過很多hotel、hostel、B&B，很少遇到下次還會想再去住的，這間就是!推!

Nuestra estancia fue agradable, el lugar bien ubicado y acorde a lo que se ofrece en Expedia, sin embargo recomendaría hacer algo con la ventilación de los baños y tratar de insonorizarlos, ya que se escuchaba mucho cuando alguien en otra habitación usaba el WC.

Das erste zimmer das uns zugeteilt wurde, das war leider schrecklich, aber uns wurde dann ein viel besseres zimmer gegeben, das war dann gut!! Urlaub gerettet!!

I dind´t like that the bed had only the drawer sheet. We were 3 persons and they gave us only 2 large towels. There's nobody at the reception in the evening and night.

We have stayed in hotels in five cities in Europe over the past two weeks, and Antica Casa Coppo was the best, by far. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and much bigger than advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that our stay went well. The location is great, with a ton of options to eat/shop/site see within walking distance. I would highly recommend Antica Casa Coppo!

First, Orbitz showed this as a hotel. This is a guesthouse which does not have a full time front desk. If I did not have my US phone with me, I would not have been able to check in. There is no way to contact the hotel after you book. Atleast, I could not call to confirm my reservation. On my way to Venice, I got a WhatsApp message asking me what time I would reach the hotel and then I was send a self checkin code. It’s the code to the keypad on the door. The room is open and the keys are kept in the room. The room had stuff in the drawer that previous visitors left and was not cleaned. When I reached there, I thought we are the only one in the entire building as it was super quiet. It’s a little isolated as well. There are no elevators, so you need to take all your bags up a steep stair. The AC did not work the first night as it has to be turned on from the reception. If you open the windows, all mosquitoes will enter the room. The mattress was rough and looked very old. In short, if you stay at 4 star and above, I would think that you might not like this place. We got used to it the second day. The first night, we were uncomfortable. It’s close to at mark cathedral and major attractions.

Not a hotel. A guesthouse only. No amenities. Not in a convenient area. We were on the 2nd floor and no elevator so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult. Good for young healthy and vibrant 20 year olds. Not good for seniors. No breakfast. No tub. Just a narrow shower. The AC did not work consistently. I would not stay here again!

Our stay here was excellent! The room was a bit smaller then we expected, but we were not in Venice to stay indoors. The place was extremely clean, and it was very easy to check in and check out.

I was not able to check in. ‘Hotel’ never answered the door , nor the phone , nor sent instructions at any time , nor called me. Horrible experience in the middle of Venice under extreme cold and rainy conditions. Don’t book this place!

+ all was perfect (wifi, clean, breakfast, friendly, geolocalisation, price...) - just for couples we had 2x one person bed n they put them together !!!! - our room had a blocked window so no outside lights !!!!

Comfortable, quiet stay in a convenient location
This was an older hotel (I think most of those in Venice are older) but located in a quieter pocket of the area, away from tourists but also within 5 min walking distance of main sites and river transit stops like the Rialto bridge. Check-in was fine but our room wasn't ready until 3:30. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (we had Google maps so only took an extra minute) but was around the corner from a nice restaurant called Ai Mercanti. The size of the room itself is a bit small- what you would expect if you were staying in London or New York, but it did the job and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. We stayed here in late September and I think all of Venice is prone to mosquitos around that time, so when you check in to the room, just close all the windows first, and before going to sleep, see if you can kill any that are hiding out near the ceiling (pretty easy to find since the walls are a clean white).

Good but was expecting a bit more.
The hotel was great in terms of authentucity and quiet location but our room was a lot smaller than the one advertised on the net and i would have liked a fresh fruit option at breakfast.

Close to Rialto Bridge and walking distance to most sites
Had difficulty finding it initially as it's tucked away...perhaps a couple of signs with arrows would help future travelers. Close to everything including great restaurants and cafes, and shops. Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is available for a fee if ordered in advance. Would stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay in this cosy antique Hotel. Very close to famous places like st. Marco but even far enough axway to not be bothered by noice from the street. We can highly recommend this Hotel!
