Property was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, located in residential area of Venice where locals dine and wine, away from hordes of tourists. We absolutely loved coming back to it after a long day of exploring Venice. Alessia (host) was extraordinarily helpful and sweet. Hope we get to come back!

Alessia is a great host. She gave us some great recommendations for food and places to go. Communication was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Close to everything. Right on a canal with a terrace to walk out on. It was the perfect place. We would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a place to stay in Venice. TY Alessia!

Beautiful views, great location (especially to train station), and lovely accommodations. Communication went smoothly to gain access and departing the property. It was quiet overnight to get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!

Check in was a breeze and host let us drop off bags early, as well as texted us suggestions of places to eat/ see/ do. They even stocked the fridge with basic necessities and the bathrooms and more than just basic items. Would stay here again!

We loved the authentic feel of staying at a Venice apartment. The location was great, the apartment was excellent, the owners were very accommodating to our needs. All and all and excellent stay…just to short! Oh yeah…the restaurant below the apartment and the sports bar nearby were both excellent!

My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son stayed here for 2 nights while in Venice. Our host Ale was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. She gave us many local suggestions during our stay. The place is immaculate, with a great location close to the train station, and a wonderful view of the canal right outside your door. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place with a great host.

Eclectic mix of modern and traditional Venetian furniture, amenities and accessories! The apartment is in an excellent area with a beautiful view. Close to wonderful restaurants, markets, bakeries, and away from the touristy areas. Felt like a local for a few special days. Highly recommend! Host was really helpful and made us feel like home.

The apartment was just as pictured! Very comfortable beds. We were met by Alessia who was wonderful in helping us know the area and recommended places to eat and see as well as the water taxis. We had an amazing time in Venice!!! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. The host was fantastic and gave us a lot of recommendations for food, transportation, and shopping. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, which was a short walk from the train station and located minutes away from all the tourist sites. Just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marcos Square, we enjoyed the vibrant and less touristy neighborhood, with restaurants and cafes. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and we all had plenty of room for comfort. Alessia, the cohost, met us on site and welcomed all of us to Casa Agostina Venezia. A definite 5 starts and we cannot wait to come back.

We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Venice!!! The location was perfect, as if was on a non crowded street, but a very short walk to everything. Only a seven minute walk from the train station and overlooking a canal. Apartment was spotless and absolutely gorgeous inside. The air conditioning in every room was so appreciated during the hot weather. Our host Ali was incredibly responsive and helpful and made check in and check out so easy! If we ever make it back to Venice, this is the only place we will stay.

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights in this super clean, spacious apartment, perfectly situated a short walk from the train station, yet out of the main tourist section. We were able to walk everywhere, going as far as Piazza San Marco 30 minutes away. Loved being nestled in a more residential area to get more of a local vibe. Alessia was an amazing host, welcoming us upon arrival, accommodating a late check out and providing several great recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the rain. On our second night, the storms were so significant, the canal overflowed onto our street. We chose not to go far from the apartment for dinner and simply ate in the restaurant downstairs. It was delightful! Local feel, good food and just steps away! Would definitely recommend this location for a
