In the district of Ventimiglia Alta 1.6 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 13 km from the centre of Menton (Côte d'Azur), 20 km from the centre of Monaco (Côte d'Azur), in a central, busy, elevated position, 750 m from the sea, in a pedestrian area. 150 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Ventimiglia" 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.3 km. Marina 9.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km.
"Ernestina", 2-room apartment 38 m2, on the upper ground floor. Renovated in 2013, modern furnishings: living room, Low door height 170 cm with dining table, TV, DVD and air conditioning. Der Vermieter war super nett, das Objekt super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Um das Objekt zu erreichen muss man durch mehrere kleine Gassen gehen. Wenn man etwas mehr Gepäck hat ist das nicht so gut. Ansonsten alles Prima. Einen Sandstrand in der Nähe, Restaurants, Cafés, kleiner Supermarkt alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder auf jeden Fall 👌

Compact Flat with modern fittings in old town

Easy to find Car Park where I was met & taken to property along a winding stepped pathway between the old buildings. Nicely fitted flat with a tiny balcony for morning sun/breakfast. Large bed and good wardrobe space. Sitting area / breakfasting table were fine with TV available (nothing in English). Small shower room was clean and functional. Decent week of warm sun / cloud and nice areas to explore along both the Italian & French the coast and also into the mountains.
