- Prior to booking, we recommend reaching out to Mountain Creek directly to confirm the availability of activities and dining options during your stay as their website is not updated regularly. Please note that their schedule may change, and we are not accountable for any of Mountain Creek's updates or alterations as we are an entirely separate entity.

- Lift tickets and water park tickets NOT included.

- Please keep in mind we use dynamic pricing which fluctuates and adjusts rates daily based on demand and availability. Rates may change without notice. There are also VRBO fees, cleaning fees and taxes added to the base nightly rate collected at the time of booking.

- While we try to accommodate an early check-in when possible, we cannot confirm until the day of. To guarantee an early check-in, we suggest booking the night prior. We apologize, we are unable to offer late check-outs.

- You will receive your own personal Access Code for our condo that is unique to you and only available during your reservation time.
