Comfortable 2* studio of 20 m2 on the third floor. Equipped kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed for 2 people and cable television. Balcony with unobstructed view of the Rhone Valley. Hall with a folding bunk bed for 2 people.

You are in the Les Mélèzes residence which enjoys a privileged location right next to the departure of the gondola, ideal for skiing holidays. And you are on the Bisse de Vex, which offers you a wonderful walk in summer. The resort center with its shops and restaurants is just 150 meters away. This residence consists of 2 buildings with several standard and comfortable apartments with lift. Access to the building is via stairs. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace offering a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley.
