My wife and I stayed here for the first time as a family, brining our 3 month old baby with us. It was by far the best hotel we have stayed in in London. Having a suite was brilliant - we had lots of stuff for our baby! So having the extra space really made the stay comfortable. To make things even better, we were surprised with a complementary upgrade to a larger suite - it was huge and lovely! The service at the hotel was exemplary and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be returning to Taj!

Lovely hotel, service and staff were friendly and very attentive.
Was my daughter’s birthday and they made it very special with balloons and a birthday cupcake ready in the room. With also kids packs with lots of goodies for them on arrival.
Family room was very new, clean and comfortable. Great location close to many site seeing attractions as well as restaurants and shops.
Would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing that you could not like about this property, from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave you are treated like you were a regular client. The staff are so friendly, yet unobtrusive, they couldn't do enough for you.
