great stay
This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.

problemi col riscaldamento. all'arrivo la camera era fredda e solo dopo vari interventi del personale si è avviato il riscaldemento (rumoroso). in bagno al cobtrario non è stato possibile fare una doccia in quanto sempre il riscaldamento era totalmente non funzionante. il cambio di camera inizialmente propostoci non è avvenuto per ragioni sconosciute. personale gentile ma inefficiente.

Hotel nuovo e ben curato. Stanza ampia e molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato affianco al centro commerciale di Viterbo con all'interno bar per fare colazione (non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione dell' hotel causa troppe allergie alimentari e quindi nel nostro caso soldi sprecati). Viterbo centro a circa 2 km in macchina.

The staff were amazing. I was here because my daughter had a medical emergency while in Italy studying abroad. The staff went out of there way to meet my needs and even provided me with snacks to take to the hospital.

The location was inconvenient, but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and cheap. I noticed that the staffs pay much attention to hygiene, which is something the guests appreciate.

Ottimo albergo con camere comode. Tutto molto confortevole: ho solo omesso io in fase di prenotazione di richiedere doccia invece che vasca. La colazione servita al tavolo è varia e abbondante e non fa rimpiangere il buffet. Parcheggio davanti all'albergo nel cortile protetto da un cancello a soli 5€ a notte.

Excellent every time!
Second stay here. They are consistently good. Room is spacious with outstanding housekeeping(Rosie cleaned our room, she is awesome). Breakfast was good ( dining staff were so nice). Front desk professional and helpful. Live the balcony rooms. Bathrooms are large and clean. Will stay again for sure!

We had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic, but it would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoons, and there is no provision for that. No coffee/tea maker in rooms.
