I have stayed throughout the DC area, and while well located, there was nothing about the hotel that would bring me back.
The drawer that appears to be a fridge is, according to the desk, a “chiller” but is supposed to be room temperature. The carpet had a large hole, two of the towels had holes, there was a chunk of plaster missing from the wall, the tissue box was soaked and musty with wet tissues, and the coffee accompaniments were open and missing items and to reach the outlet you need to have the coffee make at the very edge of the desk. The hallway was loud from 11pm-1am.
Is it a terrible hotel? No. It just lacks attention to detail (like housekeeping trying to enter after I said no thank you I’m checking out in a few minutes). If you are low on options- I can’t advise against staying here, it’s fine- just know what you are getting.
