Dear Tiffany, Thank you for your feedback. We do try to make our location well known at the booking stage. For the benefit of the readers, it is around a 10 minute walk from the Grassmarket. Our rooms are serviced once per 7 nights of stay though of course we are more than happy to remove garbage and replenish any used items daily. I'm sorry that this has not been communicated more clearly. Rather evident that we must address, and I hope that you can appreciate our intention was not to be translucent.
