「The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.」

「Everything was good but the actual areas are a lot smaller than the images show (lagoon, tree climbing) . The location was perfect and the tree house and bathrooms were clean. My kids had a great time!」

The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」

「The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season.」

The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per...

「Check before you go alot of the activities only run on the weekend and the weather plays a huge role on the amenities, we were kicked out of the pool multiple times inside and out. The arcade will take all your money and they will do nothing about it」

「The check in processes was the fastest process I've ever had. The pool was fun and the kids liked it. I was able to enjoy the sauna and it was great. The bar at the 4th floor was really cool, we didn't drink there because nothing was catching out eye. It's a menu that has several beers and certain drinks that they make.
