Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath Woodstock, NH townhome is conveniently located right off of Rt. 93, at the Jack-O-Lantern resort. Enjoy a day of skiing at Loon, Cannon, and Waterville, which are all within half an hour drive! The community itself boasts an indoor pool and hot tub, recreation center, outdoor pool, playground, and basketball and tennis courts. The unit was just purchased and boasts fresh paint throughout, new appliances, and two completely remodeled bathrooms.
Skiing, golfing, hiking, swimming, sight-seeing and so much more, just minutes away!
Our Space:
The unit has been freshly painted throughout, with completely renovated bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and sitting area, with its own separate entrance and deck overlooking the fairway. The second bedroom sleeps two in a queen-sized bed, while the upstairs bedroom sleeps 4 in two twin beds and a full-size futon. There is also a loft that makes an excellent sitting/reading area, and also doubles as a sleeping area with a sleep-sofa.
Located right off exit 30 on route 93, it's easy to get around and enjoy all the White Mountain region has to offer. Whales Tale water park, Clarks Trading Post, the Polar Caves, Franconia Notch, Loon, Cannon, Waterville are all a short drive away. Just a little further drive, you can enjoy a day at Santa's Village or Storyland.
The Lincoln/Woodstock area also boasts many great restaurants, breweries and shops. There's something for every member of the family!
Other things to note:
**Unit sleeps 10, but per association rules on 6 may be adults. The rest must be children under 18.
**Indoor pool and hot tub only open weekends (Fri 9am - 9pm, Sat 9am - 9pm, Sun 9am - 6pm) during the winter months, with the exception of Mass and NH school vacation weeks!
**Woodstove in the living room does work, however guests must provide their own firewood. Bundles can be purchased at local hardware store.
**Only two cars may park outside the unit. Overflow parking is available in a separate lot.
Out of the way small complex right off Rt 93N. Not really near anything but convenient enough to Lincoln. This property is in good shape with plenty of kitchen equipment . Perfect for our needs.

Loved it!
We loved this condo! Amazing king room and 2 others as well. Loved lighting the Fireplace. Had everything you could ask for in a weekend getaway. Not too far from things and owner was helpful when I had questions when I first booked. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Not a 4 bedroom as advertised
Place was great. But it is not a 4 bedroom as advertised right on the front page. It’s a bedroom with cowboy saloon style doors offering no privacy and a open loft I guess they consider to be a 4th bedroom.

Great location
Everything was great! It had everything we needed plus more! Very clean, (except for a few cobwebs in the picture window), comfortable furniture, plenty of games/ movies to choose from and the host responded quickly with any questions I had. Would stay there again.

Birthday Getaway
Nice location.Decent space(7 people)with a lot of natural light. There was some damage upon arrival ( husband ended up fixing a broken closet door so our toddler would not get injured and moved a couple of mouse traps). Notified owner but did not receive additional response back. There were pans, keurig, utensils, and cups provided. There was a lack of towels but there is a washer/dryer in house so that was easily solved (we had to clean out dryer and remove excess lint). I enjoyed the getaway and would definitely do it again.
