Brand New to the Holiday Home Market!

You will find coming into Yallingup Bay VERY special; when you drive down the hill and come around the corner and first see the swell roll in and break on the outer reefs at Yallingup Beach, all your troubles literally melt away.
You will pinch yourselves at how close you are to the ocean...only 150ish steps from door to beach.
Nothing beats taking a morning walk on the beach & having a dip with the locals in the Lagoon or Granny’s Pool or taking a cuppa or a beer down to watch the sunset.

The house has 4 bedrooms - Two bedrooms can be set as either a king or 2 single beds...please advise your group's needs.

(Options 1/. 3 kings & 1 queen bed OR Option 2/. 2 Kings, 1 queen & 2 singles OR Option 3/. 1 King, 1 Queen & 4 singles)
We have a bathroom with toilet downstairs - includes bath and shower & toilet (toilet in separate room within bathroom with door). Upstairs also has a second toilet...so one on each floor. The shower in the garden is also hot and cold water with a privacy screen...wash of the salty day or for use as the second showering option.

Two favourite spots in the house are sitting on the balcony protected from the wind just chilling and reading the papers or a book and sitting out having dinner on the back deck; it’s such a relaxed and comfortable (but not too precious) environment.

The beauty of Malalooka II is that it’s quiet and serene; even though it’s close to the beach and the beach road passes our driveway, you don’t hear any noise and traffic as we are set well back from the road and, parking isn’t an issue as you walk everywhere.

The kids & surfers will have endless fun…with Main Break, Rabbits and Shallows all walking distance for surfers and for those who don’t surf, you will just love hanging at the lagoon and having a snorkel or soaking up the positive vibe at Granny’s Pool. You are so close to the ocean that you hear the crash of the waves from your beds - what a great way to go to sleep.

It’s a relaxed old school beach house, where you can easily escape the throng of the masses or get in amongst the action if you choose.

Dog friendly with a non refundable payment for furbaby to stay. $100 per dog (max 2) This will be adjusted on booking.

NOTE: there is a one bedroom cottage in the front that can be booked additionally, this is fully self contained with kitchen and bathroom, living and loft bedroom that can sleep a max of 4 in queen and 2 singles in the same room. Malalooka needs to be booked separately.
