felt like home
warm welcome by the staff. room service food was rly good and cheap with huge portion. drinks at the bar was rly cheap as well and th barista would actually create small talks with you if you’re alone. definitely love this hotel!

Karena lantai 1 jadi pemandangan terhalang bangunan sekitar dan kami sangat terganggu dengan suara saluran air pembuangan dari lantai atas yang sangat kencang sehingga kami tidak bisa nyenyak tidur.

Pretty good
Bathroom and room were clean. Nice breakfast. Only complain was lack of hot water and towels smelt of mildew. Water was warm at first but never got hot. Good a/c.

Stay away, you won't get a second of sleep there!!
I have been traveling for the last 20 years and due to my job Im spending 300 days a year in hotels around the world, yet, haven;t experience such a terrible conditions and poor management handling ever! 1) my booked room was a 'cell' and didn't look even close to the pictures on the hotel page (all room on the 1st floor have no view whatsoever, they are all facing high wall 0,5 m away from the window, they are dark and claustrophobic! 2) Reception communication was very poor, Manager on Duty sorted out the problem after 2 hrs. Yes...2hrs. In the meantime I decided to use the hotel Spa instead of waiting in the reception- another disappointment! Plastic beds with old towels, masseuse didn't speak any English, and overall poor quality of massage, painful. 3) I checked with MoD if my 'upgraded room' was quiet and away from elevator and he confirmed. After coming back from site-seeing of Yogja, before 10pm, all I wanted was to fall asleep. But NO!! As my room was on the 5th floor, on the top floor the was 'a function - oil & gas party" as per same Duty Manager explanation and the music was bumping the walls and windows in my room. I called reception and DM few times asking for the music volume to be turned down - 2 hrs later with no action or reaction from hotel staff, I had to go myself upstairs and turn the music down! It was a local drivers and 'girls" party believe me or not! It was 00:20!! 4 )in the morning there was no Manager to be found, no one to complain!

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb zur Malioboro Einkaufstrasse sind es gut 7km, d.H. mit dem Taxi 1Stunde oder zu Fuß 1Stunde, dafür ist in der Nähe ein McDonald´s und eine Liquid Bar (den ist gibt hier kein Bier zu kaufen)

Fint hotell med bra gym
Badrummet var ofräscht och luktade illa. Gymmet var jättebra! Frukosten var helt ok, det var relativt stort utbud. Kommunikationen med personalen var stundtals svår, men de gjorde sitt bästa.

I was there last week.. For a business trip.. I need to put my luggage because i have a meeting soon.. But im waiting 30minutes just for hotel check in.. After 30mnts finally i've my key.. I go to my room with so hurry.. I open my room and then im so shock..!! Not clean at all.. And even the room service doesnt know if that room is not ready to use.. What a shame... Nice hotel but poor service.. I hope can be better soon... Thanks

Average but good value
Hotel is pretty average. Definitely better options in Jogja, but couldn't beat the cost. Families will need to upgrade to a larger room, as the cheapest room is a bit small.

KAMAR DAN FASILITAS
Kamarnya sempitt untuk kelas bintang IV, wlpn fasilitasnya lumayan. Kami kebrisikan dan tidak bisa tidur saat tahun baru, karena acara di lt dasar, kami menginap di lt. 1. Sungguh saat tidak enak benar. Kemudian bukan di pusat keramaian... ke minimarket terdekat 1,2 km jauhnya. Tempat makan tidak tersedia. Jalan depan luas terbentang nyebrangnya susah banget. Jadi maaf sepertinya kami tidak bisa merekomendasikan tempat ini. Oh ya makan paginya juga kurang enak. banyak yang habis tidak segera di isi kembali. Rasanya ga enak. Bubur dan soto ayam yang dingin ga ada yang peduli petugasnya untuk memanaskan. Sosisnya ga enak, banyak tepung. Jusnya juga terlalu manis banyak gula.

Hotel cukup nyaman dan bersih,pelayanan kurang
Lokasi hotel cukup strategis, sgt dekat dengan Jogja City Mall. Kamar bersih, namun cukup sempit untuk kamar superior. Room service kurang baik, 2 hari kami menginap pada saat cek inn kami telah meminta Baby box(crib) namun sampai keesokan harinya tidak dikirim ke kamar, baru setelah kami komplain dikirim di hari ke2. Pagi hari saat kami meninggalkan kamar dan memasang tanda "clean up room" dan kami kembali sekitar pukul 16:00 kamar msh berantakan dan air mineral belum diganti. Namun setelah komplain baru direspon.

Bemühtes, neues Hotel
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm nach einigen anderen asiatischen "Hotels" konnten wir hier endlich wieder ausgiebig duschen, lange in einem großen Bett schlafen und eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück genießen.
