今年5月才開幕所以非常整潔、房間很大又有獨立溫泉在房内、景觀好靚望海很舒服、只有一些小插曲、由於入住是初夏吧所以有很多飛虫在露台和近露台的浴室即叫酒店員工處理但由於大多他們未能即時處理便立即安排換房、所有員工都好有善有禮、一定會再來、酒店有免費咖啡和茶供應不過有時限要留意、可能新的關係酒店會為客人拍照留念免費的、整體我好滿意、最後再要提的是我沒有訂早晚餐所以不能評論。

住過最優質的温泉旅館
很高興入住這2019年才開幕的新酒店，整體十分滿意。距離機場自駕不用半小時。無敵海景房十分寬敞舒適。可以看到日出日落。一泊兩食，早餐為自助餐，晚餐於餐廳用膳(望住日落)，食物用料新鮮優質，水準非常高，有驚喜，早餐豐富，晚餐走新派日式菜，加上優質服務，確是難忘。

一つだけ残念！
全てにおいて頑張っている感じです。 ベランダの露天風呂も良い気分で入る事ができました。そのままま内風呂に入れるようになっており気が利いているなぁと思いました。お料理も良かったのですが蟹の一品で全てが台無しとなりました。境港が近いのに冷凍のような蟹は本当に残念でした。

皆さんの口コミを見て期待して行っただけに外観は少し思っていたより安っぽいなと感じました。ですが、ロビーでのお茶菓子から始まり、海の音が聞こえる立地と部屋の清潔感と広さ、部屋にある露天風呂など旅館の設備は最高でした。部屋のDVDも和室と洋室に一つずつありました。1番よかったのは展望露天風呂です！海と一体に感じられ、本当に最高でした。朝食は種類が多くデザートのアイスクリームが美味しかったです。欲を言えばおでんや、クリーム煮などをなくして、日本海なのでお刺身があるともっと良いなと思います！また、朝食のご飯と味噌汁はスタッフの方が入れるのですが、量もあるので自分で入れたいです。総合的にはとてもいい旅館でした！

海辺の落ち着いた高級感のある温泉宿。
スタッフを含めホスピタリティーは高く、ロビーでの茶菓子やドリンクのサービスもうれしい。全室シーサイドビュー。ベッドルームの他に和室もあり、ゆったり過ごせる。部屋にも海を眺めながら入ることができる露天風呂感覚のバスがある。大浴場では写真のような開放感のある露天風呂は入っておく価値はある。 朝食は目前の海を見ながらのバイキング形式。和洋取り合わせ、地元食材も豊富。

家族との鳥取旅行で、素泊まりで利用しました。明るくて綺麗なお部屋と、露天風呂に、部屋の扉を開けた時に歓声が上がりました。 インフィニティ露天風呂も、最高で、いつまででも移り変わる海の様子を眺めていられそうでした。 チェックアウト時の写真撮影など、細やかなサービスもあり、大満足です。 また必ず訪れたいと思います！

新しいホテルで、部屋に温泉露天風呂が あるのが、良かったです。後料理はスタンダードの懐石料理でしたが、凄く美味しく頂きました。

温泉から見える広がる海と沈む夕陽。
２泊３日の家族旅行で２泊目にお世話になりました。家族にこの旅行のベスト3を聞くと游月さんの温泉から見た海。游月さんの部屋から見た夕日と花火。游月さんの食事｡游月さんのお部屋と計画した私はとても満足です。プライベートビーチのような海が目の前にひろがっているので、もう我が子たちは成人していますが、小学生くらいの子ども連れがいいかなぁって思いました。チェックアウト後の写真も結構ハイスペックで良い思い出になりました。

綺麗なホテル
温泉旅館ではなくホテルで出来立てということもあったのか従業員の方は慣れてない感じの方が多かったです。 建物、部屋自体は凄く綺麗で露天風呂のロケーションも最高でした。 料理はこのお値段のホテルのわりには。。。 外で食べたら良かったかな ホテルだけだったら又夏に泊まりたいなと思いました。

The hotel is new and modern. The view from balcony and onsen is very good. The hotel is also face to the ocean and it is good to go for a swim or a walk along the beach. The dinner is not a traditional one but the food is very presentable and in good quality.

I had a high expectation on this hotel since the rate of it was comparely high but I am quite disappointed. First of all, their parking is not linked with the hotel directly, the free parking area was just less than one min walk though. It is a bit inconvenient to offload our suitcases and other belongings. The staff came out to show us where the parking was and he was nice. As we checked-in at around 6:30pm, we went to the restaurant immediately as the last show up time for the dinner was 7pm. The presentations of the food were fantastic but the taste wasn’t great. After we went back to the room, the balcony where the private outdoor hot spring was already full of insect flying around, lying on the glasses and fell in the hot spring. It was absolutely disgusting and we could not use the hot spring. Even we wanted to empty the water in the pool and re-fill, there is no lid and button for us to release the water. At the end we could only use the public hot spring located at the top floor and which was standard. For the buffet breakfast, which was really bad, they mainly provided cold dishes and those tasted aweful. I think the hotel must improve the outdoor situation e.g. adding nets to the balconies of the rooms to avoid insects especially during summer and the quality of the food
